One Call Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend and it ended up being exactly what we needed! Levi and his apprentice were fast, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process! The ladies in the office were also super helpful with scheduling and communicating with us. We had a major clog that kept us from using our bathtubs or toilets for a couple of months and with two small children that made life a hassle.
They came in and had the repair made, as well as a water line for the fridge ice maker completed in a days time and now we have our tubs, toilets, and washing machine back to use again. I can't say enough how great our experience was!

I had three plumbing needs. I called One Call Plumbing and spoke to Michelle. She worked with me to schedule a time to suit my needs. I needed a line install for a shower upgrade, a leaky outdoor spigot repair, and a toilet that needed a new shut off valve. Chris came out on time at 8am. He was very nice, neat and wore shoe protection. I explained what I needed and he told me what he planned to do, he completed them in a timely manner, cleaned up, and was very courteous, respectful and professional. I will definitely call One Call Plumbing in Spartanburg again if I need more plumbing work done. Great company.

So grateful for One Call Plumbing. My dad accidentally busted through our outside cut off pipe because it happened to be only about 3 below the surface of the ground. We had the water company shut off our water so we needed this repair done quickly. It was a very rainy day and after calling One Call Plumbing they arrived within 30 minutes. Levi was very professional and thorough with his work.
We also have a warranty on the work he did. I'm so happy that when we were in trouble we contacted One Call Plumbing to do the job. Thank you Levi and One Call Plumbing for the fantastic and professional service!

I was very impressed from reading reviews before I called; once I called Michelle handled me professionally and I could tell I made the right choice. The next morning steven arrived to do the work. We had a leak in our main water line leading from the meter across our pasture to our house. We researched over 15 -20 different companies and then narrowed our search to the 5 we felt were the best fit for our job. Even though other companied had more reviews than One Call Plumbing we just felt we should include them. After calling three companies only One Call Plumbing could come out the same day at the time we would be available.
The representative of One Call arrived at 3:58 for a 4:00 appointment. It was refreshing to find out the plumber was Steven, who was my youngest son's best friend and who had spent many days at our house during elementary school though high school. He found the leak, dug a 3-4 ft. deep trench to lay the new pipe and finished in less than three hours.
He left our pasture in better shape than it was before he dug the trench. The price for this repair was far less than we anticipated. Before Steven left our premises we were already asking him when he could come back for future projects. From our initial call to their follow up call the service provided by One Call Plumbing was exceptional!

I would use them again the guys arrived on time and worked VERY hard and patiently. They were very respectful, knowledge and willing to keep me informed every step of the way. It got pricey quick but to no fault of their own it was beyond their control. If you need fast friendly service One Call Plumbing is the one to call.

A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area.

Called after 5 on Tuesday scheduled to come out by 9 the next morning and by 11 had my septic line from the house to the tank replaced and septic lid repaired. Great guys, super nice, very professional.

Wow! We were in a bind needing help fixing a pipe that busted on our toilet and I am so thankful to have called these guys! My first call honestly was to another business and they told me the couldn't make it out for 4 days, but called One Call Plumbing and they came out in 20 minutes! Our plumber was Spencer. He was such a big help, came in assessed the job and fixed it in about 1.5 hours.
He also gave great advice about other plumbing related items, just all around informative and wonderful to deal with. If you need a plumber call these guys and ask for Spencer you won't regret it!

We had a leaking pipe in the storage room off the garage. Called one company and they gave me a run around about this being a really big job and we're not sure about how much to charge. I quickly decided to call another company and after checking reviews for One Call, I called and they were so professional about scheduling an appointment for an estimate on the next day.
When Preston came, he gave an estimate that I was pleased with. Then, when we agreed on the estimate, we asked when he could do it and he began to get to work right then! He was so nice and so knowledgeable about the job that we felt completely happy with his work. He fixed the leaks( turned out to be 2 ) and cleaned up after the work! So, we want to give the very highest review to Preston and his work!

Realized this morning that my water heater was not working, and when I went to investigate, found that it was also leaking. Talked to One Call at about 8:15, Daniel was at my house at 9:15, and installed a new water heater, plus repaired a couple of other valves that were corroded and leaking, by 1:30. Great job, and courteous service.

Absolutely Amazing customer service. From the first call when I talked with Preston till the end result. I needed a gas line moved in my bathroom. They came next day to give me quote (for free) and then completed the job the day after that. I was told by three different people that it was going to be at least $2000 to do this job. One Call Plumbing beat them all price wise and time wise.
I can't believe I'm even this excited over a plumber, but they are the best I've encountered. I am going to need more work done in a few months and I will definitely call them back!

I had a blocked drain line that was causing a waste water mess! I passed a One Call Truck after dropping my son at school and called on impulse. I'm so glad I did! They were fast, professional and courteous. Thank you all, from the ladies in the office who dealt so nicely with my calls, to Steve H. who came out promptly and dealt with the problem in an efficient, friendly manner. I can shower and wash clothes again! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fast, friendly and affordable! Very pleased from the moment I called to schedule service to the minute the technician left my home. When explaining my problem, the lady was very friendly and accommodating to the fact that I needed someone as soon as possible. I had a stripped faucet valve that could have been very timely and expensive to fix. The technician was able to just replace the chamber rather than the entire valve, which was a huge relief!
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation and gave great tips in choosing plumbing fixtures for a home we are building as well. I would highly recommend One Call Plumbing! Thank you tech# 174!

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work. The staff was responsive and customer oriented. However, they are extremely expensive! I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house. Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost. I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

Called them, and they had it fixed right the first time unlike some of the other guys in the area. I like the fact that One Call Plumbing gave me the "big name company" service and warranty but the care, respect and appreciation of the local plumbers they are! From Amy who booked the call to Preston who serviced my business and got the drains working my experience was great and would recommend them.
