The strengths of the work was the almost immediate response on the morning I was contacting plumbers and the quality of the work done both days. The weaknesses were the high cost ($170 per hour per plumber $85 charge for a visit both days) and the struggles to get one of the people in the office to give a more detailed estimate for the cost of the second day's work. With the high labor costs, I would not recommend Goss for routine work, but they are good with emergency and more challenging repair work.

Not your Father's Plumber! Dave was awesome in so many ways. He identified the source of the problem immediately and got to work fixing it. He helped us by writing a note on the invoice for the insurance company and he went the extra mile by sending the same info in an email AND doing a short (YouTube quality) video showing the issue. They were also the first to respond to my call for help, contacting me at about 7:30 AM. I will definitely use Glss Plumbing again, can't say enough about how satisfied I am.

Needed an estimate for a replacement of a leaky neo-angle shower. They came out promptly and said they would be able to repair the shower versus replace it, which would save us a ton. Follow up person who came out was on time, worked quickly and was all around just a really nice guy. Overall very pleased with them!

Good responsive and available next day. Friendly and helpful but I had to pay a service call of $75 and and hourly charge. The total was $355 for a clogged toilet which I felt was expensive.

Dave is Amazing! He figured out our plumbing problem's and fixed it right away. If you hire this company, it would be in your best interest to ask for Dave, as we had other problems with a different worker-(Mike). As I said Dave is 5 stars across the board I would hire him hands down.=A

It went very well. He came on time and completed the work in 1.5 hours. He did recommend some additional parts that made the repair more expensive but, it did make the repair easier to complete.

Carlton was able to get us a same day appointment, he showed up when he said he would and did good work. He was also very upfront with pricing estimates, which was difficult to get from some other providers. Would definitely use his services again.

Carlton Goss was very easy to deal with. I knew I needed a new garbage disposal--nothing more, nothing less. Other plumbing companies wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, then quote me a price while they were in my kitchen (no pressure, right?). Carlton quoted me a firm price for a 1/2 hp disposal over the phone. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. I would hire him again without any hesitation.
