The Improovy team really leans hard into customer service, which made a huge difference for my project. They were really communicative and helped figure out the best way to get the project done after I made a few DIY errors before contacting them. Their crew was professional and punctual. We had a good experience with Improovy - Mariela and her team did an EXCELLENT job painting our whole house before we moved in. For reference, they were able to complete 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, family room, large kitchen, pantry, hallways, landings (walls, ceiling, trim, window casings) in 7 days. Set up and cleanup was great - I've had painters leave lots of dust and grit behind, but not this crew - they took the time to appropriately cover everything and clean up when they were done.
The painting itself was really well done - we did mostly white everywhere, but had two rooms painted different colors. They left us with the leftover paint for future touchups.

We just relocated from Nashville to Chicago and one of my biggest concerns was not being in the same city while we repainted our entire house. Improovy made the process from start to finish a breeze! Eddie was so patient detailing their process, what sets them apart and boy was he right! Oscar who was onsite overseeing the job did a fantastic job communicating with us from afar - checking in every morning and evening, in addition to sharing photos and videos to ensure everything was to our liking. Cannot rave about Improovy and their team enough. We will be using them again for future projects!

Highly recommend! Gave them a tight timeline for exterior painting at the end of the season when most other companies were telling me they were done until spring. Not only did they make the tight deadline they beat it by 3 days. Definitely would recommend.

Start to finish the communication was friendly, honest, detailed and helpful. Was able to quote us remotely after reviewing pictures of the target rooms and spaces. Used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Tony and his crew were excellent and was a joy to work with. The entire experience was positive. I hired Improovy to paint the exterior of my home. I could not be happier with how things turned out. My home is all cedar and they took time to prep and caulk everything so that the lines between my trim and siding is perfect. I am extremely picky about my house and have to say that they did a fantastic job. I worked with Cole and Roland to get this set up and scheduled. My painter was Eric and he was so meticulous. I would recommend these guys to anybody who cares about quality.

Bought our first home in Naperville and needed to quickly paint before moving in. Found Improovy based on the outstanding reviews and was not disappointed! Cole and Roland were extremely helpful in lining up the details. Tony and his team of painters did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Even though I have OCD, could not find a single error in their work which was top to bottom impeccable! I had a great experience with Improovy. My painter Michael and project manager Roland were very responsive, very professional and did great work. I was especially impressed with the painting Michael did on my large, custom baseboards - which were a hot mess after I recently had new hardwood floors installed on my entire 2nd floor. The baseboards look beautiful now, you can't even tell they were torn out before.
And Michael was very careful to prevent any paint from getting on my new floors. I also needed a couple touch ups after the project was done, and Michael came back right away to accommodate that request, no questions asked. I would 100% recommend Improovy.

Improovy has a lot of moving parts to it, as it is a larger organization--which is great overall, though, it led to some lapses in communication. When that happened, though, they were always very apologetic and accepting of responsibility. With regard to our job in particular, we were getting the interior of our home painted. There was a snafu with scheduling, which would have greatly impacted our move-in timeframe (along with a slue of other contractors we had scheduled), and DeAndre (our crew leader) worked hard to make sure to fit us in according to our timeline. That said, they did a great job with the house and we are looking for them to come back in the near future to help out with ceilings and doors!

We used Improovy for an exterior painting project and they were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that the quote, contract, and payment were handled via email, and customer service was attentive and friendly at every step of the process. The painters went above and beyond to confirm the details and even replaced some rotten trim that wasn't part of the original deal. I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

I had the interior of my condo painted and am loving the result! Kamil was my guy and was able to wrap everything up within two days, including some really nice patching work to clean up my wall surfaces so everything looks brand new. From the first contact, Improovy was extremely responsive and helpful. With some companies, I waited for days (sometimes weeks) to get a quote. With improovy, I heard back immediately, had a quote that day. From that point, improovy did everything they said they would and contacted me when they said they would. The painting crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. It looks so good! We could not be happier moving into our new home.

Great quality. Crew was super professional, did great work and fast. Chris, the coordinator, was incredibly timely and got me answers to questions many times within minutes. Not the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for. I was able to get a quote and project started within a week so was happy to pay a premium for getting the project completed in days.

I had Improovy come out to my home to paint my living room condo. From the online quote and online portal to request service to the end, this company was 100% professional. The prices were fair, and for me, the professionalism from them from the start was what won them the quote. I had a Project Mgr. Juan, who kept me up to date on the process and the scheduling to Cesar (sic) and his partner, came out to paint.
The painting team prepped all surfaces, moved and covered all furniture carefully, removed all electrical outlets, and every piece of hardware so that painting was done beneath and the care they took not to make a mess. When they were done, the painters asked to borrow a broom and mop and proceeded to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Improovy 100% and will use them again.

From Andre's timely arrival for the bid and thorough assessment of the site, everything was smooth sailing throughout the painting of our new Training Center. We had Improovy paint our family room and a bedroom. We got our quote very quickly by sending them photos of our rooms. Andre was helpful and the estimate was accurate, except that we discovered that there was more extensive water damage to our wall and ceiling than we realized, requiring some extra work. This increased the cost to account for the replastering (and they did a great job), but we felt the amount was quite reasonable for the amount of time and work involved. Juan and his crew were hardworking, courteous and obviously eager to do a good job.
He was a nice guy and very easy to talk to. They took photos when they started so that everything-furniture, lamps, and everything hanging on the walls-was put back exactly as it was before they started, saving us a lot of work. They cleaned up immaculately. Juan and the others worked long hours to complete the job in a timely fashion. They asked our permission to stay after dinner to finish.
We were contacted afterwards to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. In the daylight, we were able to notice a few small things that needed touching up. They came back and fixed them promptly and without objection. All in all, the painting was a pretty painless experience on our part, not the major hassle we'd been dreading.

One of the first things I wanted to do in my new condo was paint over the walls (lemon/lime weren't my style). After reaching out to various painters, only Andre was able to give me a confident quote the same day without even needing to schedule time to come out and see it. He talked me through all of the details and made sure I knew what I was getting.
His quote was also well below anyone else's, AND it included a paint consultation. He was also able to get started on the work immediately. I put him in a challenging situation where I wanted the job done before Christmas Eve. He started the Wednesday before and was able to complete the job (1900 sq ft, moldings, and doors) in 5 days! A special shout out goes to his team from Millenials Painting, who was able to navigate around me moving stuff in the day before they wrapped up. Andre was communicative every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.

Excellent. I was not able to communicate well because of my work schedule and having 6 kids. They were able to quote by phone and take care of everything electronically - didnt have to wait around for 4 hours for an estimate. Very efficient
