Tony, Steve, Andrew and their team are more than amazing. We have a specialty custom home that my wife and I designed over the last 30 years - truly our "forever home". It is complex and definitely a challenge. They have taken the challenge head on, helping in every way possible and some that I thought might be impossible. Anything we want, they provide.

Best business decision ever. Less than a year ago my wife and I purchased a beautiful piece of property on the Blanco river to build our retirement home. We started looking at builders and finally narrowed our choice to two firms, both with excellent reviews. One typically builds homes about the size we were looking for and was known as a reputable green builder.
The other was Zbranek and Holt. In full disclosure, we were concerned with their amazing reputation for building large spectacular homes. I was afraid that at 2275 sq/ft and while very but nice by no means extravagant, our 'little' home might not get focus the attention to detail from them that we might get from the 'little guy'. After several discussions with Steve Zbranek he resolved our concerns and we decided to go with Z&H.
As I previously said; Best decision ever. Building a home requires a close relationship for an extended time with lots of trust in your builder. In retrospect, I've never had a professional relationship with a business that was more focused on making sure every detail was done right and consistently exceeding my expectations. In addition, working with Tony Holt and the staff at Z&H during the last year has been a real pleasure.
They are truly nice people. In the next few weeks we will be moving into our river house and we will always be thankful to Tony, Steve and the rest at Zbranek and Holt for building what truly is our dream home. Thank You!

I've visited 1000's homes in the Texas hill country and this was by far the nicest! And it's on the river! The house is elevated high enough to ensure safety during flooding and has a solid foundation. Tony and his team built an amazing deck to take in the views as well as a one of a kind stairway to get down to the river and take a dip. There are a ton of windows to let in light and also enjoy the scenery from inside. The metal roof is a nice touch that looks great and is built to last. I highly recommend Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes for anyone concerned about craftsmanship and quality!

Tony Holt / Steve Zbranek and his team have an attention to detail that is far beyond that in the building industry. Watching the scheduling and coordination take place was some of the most professional that I have seen. I was surprised to see an 2 year project be completed in 10 months. Jean and her team were a joy to work with and the finished product was something to behold.

My father and I have had the opportunity to work with many high end home builders in the Austin area, Tony and Steve are by far some of the best custom home builders out there. When it comes to Zbranek's crew, they are top notch. All their superintendent are MASTER BUILDERS and pride themselves with customer 1st attitude. That's why we like working with them. I worked with Zbranek & Holt on a custom home project west of Austin. They were very energetic, responsive, timely in all regards. They have a well developed team that took much of the research aspects of my work unto themselves which freed me up to do design work. They respected my design expertise, worked with what I proposed, made creative and constructive remarks only. They worked well with me and the client to make the best of a very challenging lot and design program. It was a pleasure working with them.

I have worked with Steve Zbranek as a vendor since 2002. I have always enjoyed working with Steve and his staff. I have personally watched as Steve, a master custom home builder, has built houses with his client's interest in mind. He listens to what the client is asking and builds them their dream home. I am a fan of the work I have seen by Steve Zbranek and his team of contractors. I hope to one day use his services to build my dream home. I first learned about Zbranek Custom Homes when I was driving around on Panorama Court looking at lots and new construction. There was a home being built that absolutely blew my mind. The gate was open and it was early in the construction phase, so I walked the property.
It featured a stunning floorplan with views of the lake and hill country from nearly every single room. After that experience, I called Steve and began a dialogue. He is very friendly and knowledgable. That was about a year ago. I hope to call him again someday soon.
