Patrick does not sub any work out he can literally do it all himself. Demo, framing, electric, HVAC, drywall/texture, and plumbing. This has saved me a lot of time on my projects, with not having to schedule multiple trades on my remodels. What's nice to see is that sometimes he will have his sons helping him, and it's great to see a master tradesmen passing on his knowledge to the next generation, a father teaching his boys. Patrick is usually booked out 2 weeks or more, but that's a good thing. It's the contractors who are free that you need to be concerned about. He is well worth the wait and the best in the valley at what he does.

I am a general contractor, and Patrick is always my first call for any remodel related questions. I have used him on about 5 projects and will continue to use him in the future.
