For reference for anyone looking at this review months from now, this was during a brutal summer. Called because AC wasnt working. They were able to come out same day within a couple of hours. Issue was fixed quickly, and inexpensively. The type of repairs I have had in the past from other companies in town cost around 50-100% more, and they usually couldn't get there same day.
The only nitpick I have about my experience is they don't have a way to quickly pay with card (the serviceman had to call the company to put in the information, which took some time due to busy lines). Completely a nitpick though, didnt detract from the fact they were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I will be going with them in the future for all HVAC problems.

We had to have our condenser motor replaced last year. The owner, Dan, came by on a Sunday on his way to dinner to help me replace it, and he only charged for the parts! Today, our unit was acting up, and Justin, a technician, promptly showed up and found a shorted wire, which he quickly fixed! This company is absolutely great. They offer senior and veteran discounts, highly recommended!

Amazing experience! These gentlemen are Air Force veterans and are THE best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! They came out on a Saturday (7-27-19) and worked for 8 HOURS to get my A/C back up and running! and it was still priced well below all the other A/C companies I got a bid for. I would reccommend this A/C company to Satan himself, he seems like he needs to cool off. 10/10 stars

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dalorem. Our heat went out and the next day Dan came to see what the issue was. It turned out we needed a new heating unit. Today was the install and Jairo worked so hard getting it installed. We have heat now. This has been the best experience. Going forward, Dalorem will be the only Heat and AC company I will use. Give them a chance. They will not disappoint.

I have to say that going into my service call under my home warranty company gave me anxiety. I had a bad experience with a different warranty and different company. I didn't get the guys name that worked on my a.c. unit today but he was awesome and worked tirelessly until we were good again and he didn't leave my house until after 6 and still had 3 calls to go the night before a holiday! Thank you so much! I appreciate the effort you put in!
