This company is amazing, the compressor went out in my unit so I called my landlord and he called this company up and within 20 mins or so they had someone out to me. I'm a very observant person and I enjoy learning new things the guy that came out was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and even drew me a diagram to explain what had caused it to go bad. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had 2 companies tell me that my unit was just no good and that it needed to be replaced. Tom at JMI took a look and found a loose wire at my outdoor unit. He was so happy to find what others couldn't. He fixed the issue and was very thorough to make sure that nothing else was wrong. I'm so thankful to be paying hundreds versus thousands, Thank you Tom!

This company is honest! Hard to beat the character of the people working in there. Had my unit quoted to be replaced by an unnamed company. Johnsons offered to repair rather than replace my unit 300$ vs 2000$ they are looking to help people not rip them off!

Not many companies like this anymore where customer service is taken so seriously. Not many people like Tom anymore where honesty is always more important than a dollar. Our air went out late one night and Tom was here in a matter of minutes. He had it going in no time. Since then, he has worked on several of my friends air and they have all been very happy with the service. I highly recommend Johnson's Mechanical!
