The day my A/C went out I was able to schedule and get a technician on the same day. I met Billy, who was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He found the issue and resolved it quickly. Another issue arose the next day and he accommodated me and resolved that issue as well. He maintained communication and explained in detail what happened. I am very pleased with the customer service. I will continue being a customer and strongly recommend this company to everyone!

We came home to an A/C blowing hot air. I contacted them and they got someone over to check my A/C the same day. It was reasonably priced and they explained what was wrong with the A/C. I will use them again if needed and I recommended to anyone that has an A/C problem

Called today and within a few hours my tech Kris D. showed up! He explained to me everything that he was going to do. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Adam arrived as scheduled. Pleasant and professional. He was very through in his diagnostics and explained everything he was doing / did to the unit. This unit had a few problems and Adam worked on them systematically. In 3 hrs he had that baby up and running great! Tech named Adam was assigned to service my air conditioning unit. I had preventative maintenance performed. Adam inspected the unit first and informed me about the condition of the system and gave suggestions to what I could expect. Then he carried on the service. Adam was very respectful of my decision and not pushing towards selling extra products and services.
I was very satisfied with his demeanor and decided to purchase the 2 service plan instead of the 1 service plan that I initially scheduled for. Overall my personal experience with Tech Adam was excellent.

First of all when I called the office on a Friday afternoon I was told that they would call back after they found a technician. Marsha was very pleasant and found someone who was able to come today. Adam was here within the time frame I was told. He explained everything showed me things and what to watch for. He didn't try and sell me a new unit just wanted to fix it. Very reasonable price also.

This company is in the middle of installing my new ac as I type. Financing was a breeze. All their guys are really great people. Totally recommend! Billy and Adam are both great guys who care about you and your comfort upfront about everything. Both Billy and Adam are my new favorite people. Update: AC is running perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I'll never use another company again! A/C Pros are the best!

Billy and Adam are awesome! I woke up on a Sunday morning to our outside unit not turning on. I knew that the capacitor had blown as it always does for some reason. I called a couple of 24/hr places that either never called back, or called back 24 hrs later. I asked a old neighbor who they used and they referred me to A/c Pros. When I called the phone was promptly answered and Adam was out within an hour to service my A/C. He was extremely professional and had upmost respect of our well being during the covid crisis. I would recommend these guys over and again!

Our AC unit died yesterday. I called AC Pros at 4:45 on a Sunday, by 5:30 a tech was at my house. At 9:30 today (Monday) they came back with a new unit. As of 3:45 we are sitting in our air conditioned house. Thank you guys! 5 stars
