These plumbers were amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment the next Tuesday. Dwayne, the plumber, walked me through everything he was doing, explaining clearly and respectfully. He came to fix the shower but I also asked him to look at the water heater and he added on that service with no wait and a discounted price. These will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

Edwin arrived way ahead of schedule, was able to diagnose and let us know our options quickly. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet, so we picked one out from Home Depot and Edwin installed it perfectly. This all happened the same day we called and before Noon. We greatly appreciate it! I recently purchased a townhome and was new to the area. I knew of a few of the larger name companies in the area but took a chance on Pure-Line off a recommendation So impressed by the customer service and timeliness of this company. I can't say enough nice things about the tech Norman that was sent out. He explained everything about my toilet leak in a way so that I could understand.
Once he explained everything made perfect sense. He definitely set my mind at ease and did an excellent repair job. All I can say is WOW! If you want a company who is honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond definitely call Pure-Line and ABSOLUTELY request Norman.

I'd never hired a plumber before so I took a chance based upon a recommendation. Dwayne from Pure-Line came out and knocked the job out in no time. I also felt much better educated as to the internal workings of the plumbing and the ongoing maintenance after his tutorial.

He came immediately on a Saturday when our shower handle broke off and couldn't stop water. Was professional and fast. Fair pricing. He even showed me how to fix myself in the future to save money. Don't see that kind of honesty often!

Dwayne was excellent. Made all the fixes I needed seem easy. Quickly managed what we needed done and then some. Educated me on some quirks of the plumbing in a house we just moved into- and things to be on the look out for the future. We will definitely be using them again for our future plumbing needs!

Duayne, came on time and went to find the part needed for this special toilet, put it in and was a pleasant guest in my house. He also tested my water to make sure the filter was keeping chlorine was not eating up the gaskets. I will certainly call him again when the need arises. Tom Hardison

I called another local plumber on a Thursday to fix an issue with my plumbing where I had very low water pressure. That plumber came out, spent 4 hours diagnosing the problem and ended up thinking it was an issue with my pressure tank. They quoted me $500 to get it replaced and said the earliest they could fix it was the following Monday or Tuesday.
I called Mike at Pure-Line Plumbing and he assured me he would get someone out to us the next day (Friday). As promised, Dwayne from Pure-Line came on time, diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes, gave me some pointers about my system, how to isolate failures in key points of the system, and saved me hundreds of dollars on the fix. Glad I found a real plumbing company. Pure-Line Plumbing earned a loyal customer.

Eli was professional AND knowledgeable. After a thorough search for the source problem he gave me different possibilities to correct with a complete breakdown of different costs for what he would find. It costs what it costs but I felt I was in good hands.

I had a new hot water heater installed. Eli, the service tech was great. He explained everything he was doing and had a very pleasant demeanor. He also cleaned up extremely well. I would use him and this company again in a heart beat. I highly recommend Eli and Pure-Line Plumbing.very efficient, reasonably priced and excellent service!

Kenny was great. Installed a water softener system I purchased where there hadn't been one for a much more reasonable price than any other quote. He was even able to cap off pipes so they didn't go to my outside bibs without cutting through the drywall. Very professional and excellent work! I would highly recommend and hire again.
