1) Estimate in Feb 2015. Chosen on price 2) Job began in May 2015, took longer than expected to start due to getting material, weather and other jobs 3) Job took about 2 1/2 weeks, originally thought 1 1/2 weeks. Did a good job on installation but had issues. Some of the screens center pieces were not straight to window and a few holes in screens.
Door installation was not as complete as it should have been. 4) Mr Speaks and his team came back out two weeks later and cleaned all the windows, replaced all the screens with problems, fixed the door.

Speaks Custom Window was very easy to work with, and did a great job. I will be hiring them in the near future in install the rest of the windows in my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for window installation.

After signing contract, I gave a deposit of half of the total price. It took about two weeks for Speaks to order and receive the windows. Office staff called and arranged a date/time to begin the installation. The install crew arrived on time and began work. They had all of the windows in in the first day. The second day was trim work and the third day was used to complete the trim work, seal the windows and replace the gable vents. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. The install crew was courteous and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The porch came out better than we thought. The color matches our house perfectly and the construction is very solid. We had one glitch with our electrician and the light/fan. Becasue of our location we hired our own person instead of using their electrician which probably would have been better but pricier.

Great experience with Speaks Custom Window. I appreciated the straight forward estimate process with the company and with David VandeZande, sales manager. I had received estimates with three other companies, two much higher, one lower, and I felt Speaks product and prices beat them all. The team doing the install did a great job. I'm very pleased with the quality of the windows. I will highly recommend Speaks Custom Window to friends.
