This device was great! The carpets look great and they got out some pretty stubborn stains and slimy stuff on one spot without damaging the carpet. They were on time so no waiting around and explained everything they would be doing. Yes had me check out the carpets before he left which shows he wants his costumers to be happy. Working with simply clean carpet care was very easy. I reached out and they were very responsive. I let them know what my needs were and they gave me an estimated quote via the phone. They scheduled to meet with me at 2:00 PM the following week which was within my timeline. And they were on time. They came in and they sprayed the apartment carpet to ensure that any cat pee had been lifted off of the carpet and then they proceeded to oscillating the carpet and cleaning it. I would definitely work with them again.

It literally is simply cleaned! My rugs haven't looked this good except when I bought them. No big hoses brought in your home. Your rugs are not saturated in water. You can see a difference as soon as he starts cleaning them! Highly recommend.

5*. Simply Clean Carpet Care did an excellent job for us! They fixed our mistakes. A couple of weeks ago we cleaned our carpeting ourselves 3 times back-to-back, spraying a pretreatment each time, using a Rug Dr but it was still not coming out as clean as we wanted. We were selling our selling our house, and needed our carpets cleaned for showings. At first we had Stanley steamers come in. After they had left you could not tell a difference in the carpet at all. So we decided to try out simply clean. When they were finished with our carpets they looked brand new! They also did an excellent job on our tile. Very personable and genuinely nice guy. Cleaning was very quick. We love that the rug didn't feel sticky or like it had any residue on it, which I think can be attributed to the product he used. Wonderful company with a very personable and professional owner. We needed to get our carpets professionally cleaned before our baby arrives in a couple of weeks, and he was able to get us in and get the carpets looking brand new in less than an hour!
