A/C Medic came on 8/10/20 and did an excellent job cleaning our air conditioning unit. We noticed an immediate improvement in cooling as soon as the technician left. The technician wore a mask the entire time. We will be asking them to return soon to make sure that our heating unit is ready for the winter. Thanks!

We are extremely please with the service provided by AC Medic. We choose to install the Trane XV and could not be happier. Our power bill has almost been cut in half and can barely hear the unit. I highly recommend AC Medic.

I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to thank AC Medic on the great job they did installing my new AC unit. From the very first technician (Alex) that came out to inspect my old unit and diagnose the problem to the two installers (Jeff and Justin) they were very professional, up front, and honest. The installation went great and Jeff and Justin worked non stop until my unit was installed not to mention that it was one of the hottest days of the year and they still powered through to make sure the job was done correctly.
I also can not forget to mention Jessica in the office she was amazing. My AC unit was shipped to the wrong address but she worked with my home warranty company and tracked it down and had the install the next day. She took lots of my calls and gave me updates throughout the whole process. AC Medic is top notch and they will definitely be the company I turn to if I have anymore AC problems.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Robert and his team! Robert immediately impressed us with his detailed project proposal -- we had never seen one so detailed! I trusted his knowledge and expertise because he spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions during the initial consultation. I could tell he knew what he was doing, and he took great care to take into account the age of our house, the square footage, the number of windows, etc. in order to give us the best and most effective HVAC system.
With any unforeseen issues along the way, Robert explained them patiently, and even took on a cost of something himself that was not a planned expense! I feel confident that we have the perfect system for our house. Robert and his team were prompt, thoughtful, and efficient. You will be glad you chose them!

Robert was incredibly helpful with our HVAC needs in our new basement remodel. We had several HVAC contractors come out and Robert was the ONLY one who did an actual load calculation to see what was really needed. Pricing is fair and the service is outstanding! This company deserves 10 stars. My son gave me the company's card that he received when he saw them at my neighbor's house. Little did I know I would be calling them sooner than later. However, my husband was suffering when our air conditioner went out in May. A/C Medic's quick response was unbelievable. I have used other companies in the past whose response time and cost came no where near the efficiency as A/C Medic.
The technician, Alex is awesome and Robert is a very caring business man who is genuinely concerned about his customers. Alex provided us with great tips on how to get the most from our cooling system in these extremely hot days. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!.

Our digital thermostat display went blank. I checked online and it wasn't batteries, the circuit breaker, drip pan switch or the thermostat itself so I called up A/C Medic because of his good yelp reviews and he was able to come out a few hours later on a Sunday. It turns out one spot on a wire for the A/C unit outside had worn away and come in contact with the cab (metal shell) of the A/C unit which caused the 24 volts 3 amp fuse of the unit to blow; which prevented any power to the system including the thermostat (ours is not a battery powered thermostat).
So for anyone looking for HVAC repair, I recommend him because he found and fixed the problem quickly [removed the damaged end of the offending wire and then reattached (in a manner that it won't happen again) then replaced the blown fuse] and for only the agreed upon diagnostic fee plus $3 for the fuse.

A/C Medic is the only company we will use for our HVAC needs. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and gave us multiple options for us to choose from, (repair, replacement, upgrades, etc.) along with his recommendations. He treated our home as if it were his own. We ended up replacing/upgrading our downstairs AC unit and coil for the same price that competitors wanted to charge just to fix the unit and replace the coil. After working with Robert and A/C Medic we could never go elsewhere.
