I had an issue with my HVAC so I called Murillo, they sent Jay and Alex out. First they we're on-time which I definitely appreciated. They took the time to explain what they were going to look at before starting the job. After looking at the HVAC they told me nothing was wrong with it. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, that says a lot about the character of this company. I would definitely recommend Murillo to family and friends and anyone reading this review. We've tried several different HVAC companies for our annual service and have been unhappy with them all. Then we tried Murillo Mechanical. What a difference! These guys were experienced and actually knew what they were doing. When we started having problems with our heat pump and water heater, we asked Murillo about replacing them. They gave us a range of options at different price points to choose from and gave us the pros and cons of each of them.
They even explained why the most expensive model was not a good choice for our house. In the end, we got much better systems than were original to our house. We immediately noticed how much quieter our mechanical systems are. I highly recommend Murillo Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

Our AC unit died in the beginning of June and we reached out to Murillo Mechanical and they were absolutely AMAZING! They came out on June 5th to replace our unit and they were very professional and also talked and explained to our 4 year old son what they were doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They took care of the warranty info for us which was amazing because we all forget to do that kind of stuff.highly recommended!

My heat went out 48hours before the first winter storm of this year. I called up Murillo Mechanical and they came to the rescue. Within 24 hours they were at my doorstep. My furnace was replaced in 3 hours, his workers were polite and friendly. They were cleanly and laid out drop cloths before starting. Additionally they cleaned up all the leftover assembly screws in our driveway with magnets, and they vacuumed after they were done. The price was unbeatable. and thanks to them my family will sleep warm tonight during this winter storm. Thankyou Mr Murillo and your team for an A job!

We had our unit replaced several weeks ago. We received a quote same day and next day we had a new unit. Clean installation, respectable and thorough workers. Reasonably priced. Our unit is working perfectly and we have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Murillo Mechanical Installed a new system for me as well as new ductwork under my house. I was Very impressed with the company, they were on time, got the job done in a timely fashion, him and his guys were very professional and knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. We contacted Rob, the owner because our AC was not working. He assessed the situation and discussed options. Later that afternoon he called us with the pricing of the options. It was nice to know we had choices. My husband and I made our choice. The unit was ordered and within 4 days it was installed. The team did a great job! We are completely satisfied.
