The experience with Restorative Pros has been such a helpful and stress relieving experience. Everyone in the company has been such a great help when it comes to my questions, scheduling, and addressing the issue in our rental home. The job hasn't been completed yet, but I already feel so comfortable and confident in this group of people. This company is awesome I called them and less than an hour they were already at my house and they began to explain the process to me since it was my first time dealing with a water leak they were very professional Joel Lebron and Robert guided me through the process even calling my insurance to make the claim. And I did not know that my insurance offered the mitigation service for free and even so Joel, knowing that they were no longer going to give me their service, stayed with me and my wife for another hour helping us with the insurance that was giving problems.
They always said they wanted the best for us even though they didn't charge money for them and they even left me the equipment to keep the area dry for a weekend at no charge. Many thanks to restorativepros and especially to Joel Lebron and Robert

We had a water container break in a closet and go undiscovered for months until the mold was thick. It made me so sick I was thinking I'd have to move out. We got 3 bids and went with Restorative Pros and what a miracle Adam Shenata worked. He was quick to start, thorough, professional, very careful with our home (covering carpet so as not to walk on it) and did the least possible destruction to totally remove the mold. The HEPA filters were employed for 3 full days followed by fogging of the area involved. What a total relief and I can breath again!

Restorative pros have been wonderful from start to finish. Joel came out to evaluate the area of concern the same afternoon I called. They had an estimate for me the next day. Even though it was a Friday before a long weekend, they were able to send a technician to the house to place the dehumidifier and air purifier so that we could minimize the moisture exposure and subsequent damage.
Their technicians have been knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They listened to and addressed all of our concerns. The office staff was also very pleasant and professional. We have recommended them to our friends, and would contact them again if needed.

Adam went above and beyond from the minute I put in a request. Adam called within a half hour outside of normal business hours and drove to my home that same night to address the issue. From the first time Adam showed up until well after the job was finished, he assisted in every way doing a great job and offering great advice. Adam's service is hard to come by in any profession, I highly recommend him and his company.

I am so happy with the work I had done. Miguel was friendly and talked us through the whole process. He made sure that we saw the progress that had been done and that we always knew what the next steps were. This is the best restoration company in Florida! We had a incident in the middle of the night where our ac vent was leaking in our attic which caused the ceiling in our dining room to completely collapse on our table. We called and were immediately put in touch with Joel, he was at our house within 40 minutes of our call. Even though it was about 230 in the morning he arrived with a smile on his face ready to help us get things going to get the situation under control.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and treat you as if you are family. They are my #1 go to when I have a crisis and I let everyone I know that this is the company use!

They were very neat and cleaned up well. Very personable people, they seemed to care about what they were doing. A few days after we could still smell mold in the house, so we called them and they came right away and treated the area to make sure there would be no more mold. They were also very helpful in lining up drywall in replacing it.

These guys are real pros. They worked directly with the insurance company and got a quick approval to set up the equipment. They did a meticulous job. And when it took extra time for the equipment to clean the air, time which was not covered by insurance, they worked with me to keep the additional cost down.

These gentlemen are absolutely fantastic--so much so that they've inspired me to write my first review! After an unfortunate plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon required water mitigation/restoration services, Joel was on site within a couple of hours and had the situation both upstairs and downstairs under control. Joel, Carlos or Miguel stopped by every day over the next week to monitor the situation and were readily available by phone/text for any issues that arose.
From day one, they were in contact with our insurance company as well as the other contractors needed for this job. They were punctual, friendly, and true professionals. Although I hope not to need water mitigation/restoration services again, I am keeping their card handy and sharing it with friends!
