I'm a single mom and I'm skeptical about ANY repairs being done in my home. Especially when companies try taking advantage of that situation. I shopped around to get my flooring done since having my dogs, ruined my carpeting and needed to get it done. Other companies were charging me way more than I can say. I came across K&E Repair Solutions, saw their reviews, and booked an appointment.
They came to my home, measured the area of where I wanted the new flooring (my living room), I also had to do my wall so that had to be measured as well, they gave me options of flooring that would be best and that would fit my budget at the same time wanting it to be pet friendly from any scratches and accidents and waited for the estimate. Thinking it would be just another pocket picker, I was shocked on how much the project cost me.
It was definitely affordable and didn't break my pockets at all! They were professional, on time, worked around my busy schedule and the best part for me that they were fast. They even added a layer of protection that others charged me extra for. Im definitely happy with their services. I've had no issue with my flooring and it stands the test of my dogs and kids. Im definitely recommending them to anyone who needs repairs.

I had been frustrated by other contractors failing to follow up or follow through. I was very fortunate to find K&E Repair Solutions on social media and called Edward the same day. Edward showed up at the scheduled time, prepared and submitted an estimate in the timeframe agreed upon and had his crew onsite for the work as scheduled. K&E performed the work diligently, professionally and with a high level of quality.
Their pricing is very competitive. Communication with Edward was frequent and they responded as you would expect a proffessional contractor to do. Very, very happy with our experience with K&E. Edward is my go-to guy from now on!

I had asked Eduard to come by my house to provide a quote for paint, when he began his inspection, he immediately noticed that I had significant roof issues with water about to enter the house. Ed informed me to check with my homeowners insurance to see if they would help or cover the damage. after all was said and done, my Homeowners insurance covered 3/4 of the total cost. Ed's Nephew Mike Feliu oversaw the the replacement process, found many issues do to poor workmanship from the actual builder, and addressed each one.
Very professional, organized, well done. I now have a full service Team in K & E Repair Solutions for LIFE! I have since gone to Ed and Mike for all of my home issues, they do it ALL- Great work, Exeptional amount of trust, and the work is done properly, thank you K & E for your help!

Edward and Mike did an amazing job on my mom and dad's roof and will definitely be doing my home's roof when it's needed highly recommend, K&E got all the permits and inspections that were needed And job site was left cleaner than it was before thanks again for a great job

Extremely well done and professional from start to finish. The job was difficult and refused previously by a number of other people. K&E showed up on time, innovated on the complicated carpentry, and cleaned up completely afterwards. The owner and the workers are pleasant, highly competent, and do what they say they will do. They are unique among contractors in my experience in Florida.
