My septic lines failed. Averett employees were prompt, professional, and attentive, answering all of my questions (I ask lot of those!). Their estimate competitive and detailed. They did NOT try to upsell or do unnecessary work. They made me feel welcome when I watched them work and they answered questions along the way (yep, more questions, haha).
They focused on quality and customer care. They even pumped the tank (at no additional charge) so it wouldn't back up while waiting for the repair date. I plan to use them again and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you, Scott (sales person) for overseeing this repair project and thank you to the rest of the Averett employees who helped make this a positive experience.

Needed my septic tank pumped at my house. Heard many good things about Averett. Gave them a call and they came out and provided excellent service! Johnnie was very knowledgeable and even recommended some expensive yet effective liquid bacteria that will greatly extend the life of my drain field and help with my tank. I was very pleased and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Remember, you get what you pay for. Don't call some fly by night, shady company because they are the cheapest around. Call Averett!

Mike professionally cleaned out my septic and is a great member of the Averett Septic crew. He values his work and goes above, and beyond to get it done right the first time, he opened both ends, went above and beyond, cleaned my filter, and sealed the sides of the concrete entry ways to avoid rain water to enter, unlike the other septic company I used 6 months ago, that just sucked on go. Jerome came out to our house right away for an estimate for a new drain field we needed. He was informative and knew his stuff right from the start! Our team that was sent out for installation was Aaron and Lenard, they were right on time and super pleasant to work with! They had everything set in place and up and running with no time! Overall these guys are a super stellar team from start to finish and we will recommend them to anyone needing their services! Awesome job guys!

Called to get a quote to have someone come look at my septic outlet. Greg was kind and patient on the phone asking me clarifying questions to not have me waste money to with having an agent come out. We figured somethings out, he referred me to someone that would actually help because of it not being a service the company provided. I'm a tough critic, but there was noting to criticize about my experience with Averett Septic. From my initial phone call to a knowledgeable Saundra, to the follow up call from dispatcher Greg, to Johnny showing up at my door, everyone was top notch. Saundra quoted a fair job estimate with an understandable extra fee for my location in East Polk. Greg called saying I would receive same day service. Johnny called when he was on his way. Showed up on time. Clean, nice looking truck.
Driver was super-nice. Worked hard on my specific situation - a two hour job. Explained everything as he went along. Yard was put back like it was found. Quality. Value. Professionalism. Responsiveness. Punctuality. Averett Septic had it all!

The staff was really friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired my septic tank and a broken top that caused a huge hole to open up in my backyard. Since the repair, everything has been working fine and no more hole. The price we paid was reasonable. I would hire them again for future work.

The man that came was real nice, sonny was very kind d and worked me In to a full scheduled day for my emergency pump. I had a bad experience with another company the day before and Averett made it right and took care of me. My tank got pumped sealed and covered back up in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks for putting my stress at ease.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Only complaint is they covered most of our grass that wasn't dug up with dirt and we had to resod almost the entire front yard.
