Our oven, never worked correctly. Took a chance on Workman because of the wonderful reviews, glad I did. From the first call through the finished job, my problem was their priority. Arthur diagnosed the problem, explained the part I needed, let me know the lead time and gave me upfront pricing. Was contacted when the part arrived and am now pre heating my perfectly working oven. Friendly, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and a great value.

My home's hot water heater broke and leaked everywhere. This was a couple of weeks ago in February. I could not find any licensed plumbers to replace the water heater. I found Arthur through a Google search and he made time to help me even though he is not a licensed plumber. His work was superb and his price was fair. I strongly recommend he and his business.

Wow – These Guys are the Real Deal!
Several days ago our refrigerator stopped working, and you know that feeling that you get in your stomach when something goes very wrong, well...we got it. I did some Google research and realized this was over my head (along with checking the cost of a replacement...$2500+ -- yikes!). I called Workman's and spoke with Shannon. She checked the model number and verified they had the most likely suspect in stock (the compressor – gulp). She scheduled an appointment and in a couple of days Arthur came out – just as promised. I was amazed at how quickly he able to make the repair and the depth of his knowledge. And the cost was a small fraction of having to buy a new fridge! I have waited a day before writing this and it is now working just fine.
I am very impressed with the people at Workman Heating, Air and appliance repair. They are highly knowledgeable, professional, and know their business! I highly recommend them!

Arthur and everyone working with Arthur are honest, professional, prepared, knowledgeable and kind. Arthur should be a part of the holiday celebrations at this point. Over the past year and a half he's worked on the dishwasher, the microwave, the washing machine, the old heat system, the old AC system and now has just installed an entire new HVAC heat and cooling system in my home. It was seamless and done without any pain for us. Arthur is tech savvy and has an awesome appointment systems that gives you a definite timeframe for the day, then heads up when your technician is on the way and he's always shown up when scheduled. Obviously, I can't recommend Workman Heating and Air strongly enough. Great service and fair prices. Thanks, Arthur!
