Founding DRI Gulf Coast in 2010, Jack saw a need for better customer service in the restoration industry along the Alabama Gulf Coast. He took his experience in primary retail and began implementing the same customer service tenets that made his previous employers successful.
Jack started DRI providing flooring restoration services. Over the years, DRI has continued to evolve and it is now a leader in water damage restoration, fire & smoke restoration and mold remediation along the Alabama Gulf Coast. The team also serves the rest of the coastline along the Gulf of Mexico, travelling from Florida to Louisiana if the need arises.

When the snow storm hit our pipes busted, flooding our garage ceiling and walls. We had a hard time getting in touch with Servepro or them actually following up and calling us back.
DRI came out in a timely manner and always made sure to give us a heads up of when they would be coming out to work.
Jack and his team were very professional and efficient. Having some bad experiences in the past I can say this was the best experience we have had yet with contractors at our house! Highly recommend them and appreciate them taking time away from their families to come to Texas and help people effected!
