Water Heaters
In the days before water heaters, you needed to heat water in a large pot and then lug it to the tub for bathing or washing clothes. Thank goodness we no longer have to do that! While you could do so in a pinch if you were having an issue with your water heater, you certainly wouldn’t want to do it for long. With more than 35 years of residential plumbing experience and investments in high-tech equipment and training for our technicians, we are in the best position to give you straightforward answers about whether your issue can be resolved with repairs or if plumbing replacement is the better course of action. We are equipped to handle everything from minor to major plumbing repairs, so we will go whichever route makes sense for your situation. If the repair would not be reliable, would prove to be too costly, or doesn’t significantly extend the life of the plumbing fixture, we will recommend plumbing replacement instead.

Can't say enough good about this company! Water heater quit suddenly and I made a call to them at 7:30 a.m. An actual person (Candace) answered the phone, took our info and had Will & Jake there by 10 a.m. It was complicated due to it being a "special" heater, and they went the extra mile to find the right replacement. By the end of the day we had hot water. They worked hard on a very hot day and did everything needed to get the job done. Thank you!

We returned home after a week to find the ceiling over the dinning room had fallen in because of a leak in the upstairs bathroom. After calling several plumbing companies in the area I was fortunate to find East Atlantic Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and fixed the problem in under an hour. I will be using them from now on for any plumbing needs.

I Was actually impressed how fast they got someone out to me. When I called, it was pretty straight forward, and boom someone was there. Two guys came, I don't remember their names (sorry) but they were nice and very informative. I was honestly grateful that they could even come that late. All around great experience with for me! I wished I knew about them when I had my salon! I feel they would have been so much better.

After attempting to get 2 different local plumbing companies to help, I called East Atlantic Plumbing and they came to the rescue. Identified the issue in about 30 seconds and had it fixed in about 30 mins (pump to my on-site well stopped working a few years ago). They were kind enough to show me the issue and talk through troubleshooting I can do on my own next time. Very professional and good group to work with.

This company deserves 100 stars! My kitchen sink consistently backed up. I had three other companies look at the problem and do some work to get it fixed and it would back up again. East Atlantic came and diagnosed the problem within a half hour and and knew exactly what was wrong and knew exactly what to do. I was skeptical about the their solution as I had already spent over 800.00 dollars trying to fix the problem with other companies.
However East Atlantic explained to me the problem and gave me assurance that their solution would work. I feel the work was worth the price. They did a nice clean job, they were at my house for a long time, under the house working hard. Don't waste your time and money with other companies. East Atlantic can get the job done at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame.

I'm a manager at a restaurant in Wilmington. Tonight I had an emergency with a urinal over flowing and running. I called East Atlantic Plumbing and the owner Fran answered. He was wonderful he called me on FaceTime and walked me through turning the urinal water off. What a blessing this company and owner was for me in the middle of a dinner rush! I can't thank Fran enough and will be calling him in the future with any plumbing needs.

Usually do not have a reason to post reviews for businesses as most of them were fairly ok or just did the work that needed to be done, however, I wanted to write this post so East Coast would know how very satisfied and impressed I was and still am on the service they provided for me. They not only came out immediately after knowing that I needed their help, they were very friendly, polite, and worked very hard to get my toilet repaired.
This is by far the best and most professional plumbing company that I have ever dealt with and would recommend them to anyone! If I could get more stars I would, thank you so much for your hard work.

Had a pipe break on a beach rental as the new renters were checking in. Called East Atlantic and Fran was out to the house within an hour! His employee, Ace soon followed. They did an amazing job replacing the pipe under the kitchen sink, they truly saved the day! Hands sown 2 great guys and will definitely use them at my own house in the future!

My bathtub faucet broke on a Sunday and it was a holiday. I had to shut off my water for the whole house and thus no bathroom or water until I could get it repaired. Other plumbers put me off but Fran was understanding of my situation and was at my house within an hour. His whole crew, Tim and Rick included, were excellent. They had me up and going in no time. I will use them again.

My water had gone out in the middle of the night, called them at about 7 in the morning. They were very upfront and honest about the fact that they may not be able to fix my problem (It was a well issue) but I still wanted someone to check it out. They got there about three hours later and were able to diagnose and replace the component that was causing my issue. Prompt service, fair pricing. Highly recommended for any plumbing issues you may have.

I called East Atlantic around noon today and they were here 2 hours later. That's fast. They jumped on the problem, a sewer blockage, immediately and resolved my problem in 2 hours. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. After working on the problem, they gave me helpful advise on how to avoid unnecessary return visits (which will likely save me money). I called East Atlantic because a friend referred me to them and I'm glad he did. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing/sewer issues in the future.

Could not have been more pleased. Same day service. Fran and Eugene were very friendly. Very thorough. We had a leak that had caused some mold in our crawl space, and they cleaned that off and let us know where we had the problem. Would not hesitate to call them again.
