I was very happy with my overall experience. It ended up costing more than they estimated because they found more repairs then they expected. I know that they were fixed right and it was worth the extra money to have peace of mind and a solid new roof.

Hicks Roofing Inc., based in Kennesaw, offered several plans to choose from and delivered what they promised based on my selection and did it in one day. An old drab roof now 'pops' and the whole house looks better that I even thought it would. Great job. Good people to work with. When it comes to roofs -- they're on top of it!

We were very pleased with our roof and roofing experience with Hicks Roofing. The people were extremely polite, courteous and helpful throughout our experience. Most importantly to us we were kept informed about the process and called when things would be done. When the roofers came they did everything as it had been described to us and worked hard all day. They left no evidence that they had ever been here except our great looking new roof! We highly recommend Hicks Roofing for an easy and professional roofing experience!

I used Hicks Roofing on a second house, twice in about 15 years. Both experiences were good. The Hicks sales representative was the only sales rep who actually went up and looked at my roof - everyone else only took pictures. He explained my shingle and underlayment options without a hard sell. Their prices are not the lowest but their service is very good. Sheryl in the office kept me updated on delays due to weather and was responsive when I had questions.

My husband and I just bought our first home and ended up unexpectedly needing to buy a roof. We had visits and multiple quotes but had the best experience with Hicks roofing. We really like that the inspector came to the home and looked all over the house. Including the attic. Surprising but I had to ask any of the other companies if they wanted to see inside the attic and some did not.
We did have some trouble with the scheduling but that was because of the rain. Our yard was left exactly as it was before and our drive way was honestly even cleaner than before. We have not had any trouble with leaks, etc.

From start to finish everything was handled in an outstanding manner. When I called and spoke with Kelly she got me set up to get someone out to fix my problem. When Thomas arrived they quickly surveyed the problem and proceeded to fix it. Work was completed in a very timely manner. They were very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the completed work before they left.

I recently had my shingle roof replaced by Hicks Roofing out of Kennesaw, GA. Their rep was very helpful and made sure I understood every step involved- from why I needed the replacement to coordinating my claim with our homeowner's insurance to picking out the new product and color. The work was scheduled very promptly after approval was secured form our HOA.
It took just over a day to complete; I think the heat at over 100 degrees kept them from finishing the same day. Everything was cleaned up when the job was done and we are now enjoying our new roof.

I just needed to let you know that the response and service from the Hicks Roofing team have been all we could expect and with timing according to our needs. This is the second time for which we have had to call on Hicks for roof repairs, each time for different problems, and the response and repairs have been quick and for a reasonable price. Options were given for our choice for a more permanent solution or a quick repair with no pressure to select one over the other.
With so many other companies that pressure you to an upsale and keep you waiting or even not even show when expected, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the company you represent. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with them. They are prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They always get the problem fixed eventually even if it is a difficult one. Given the experience they have and the kind of people they hire, you really can't go wrong. They diagnose the problem pretty quickly, and their price is competitive. They follow up very well. They are a very good company.
