I was very pleased that I chose ARC Insulation for my attic insulation project. David Puralewski was the consultant I had the pleasure to work with, he was punctual, polite and very professional. He explained what he was going to do with regards to the inspection, when he was done he shard with us the pictures he had taken and explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done.
The day of the project the crew arrived on time explained what they were going to do, they dropped and covered areas of work with visqueen as multiple trips would be made out of and into the house. The project ran very smoothly. When the work was completed the crew took pictures and shared with me the work they had completed. A great experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend ARC Insulation.

I had two knee wall attic spaces re-insulated and they did mold treatment. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Arc Insulation. My consultant was David Puraleski and he did a great job explaining the scope of work and laying out options and explaining why the different aspects of the work were important and effective. It was a two day job and the work crew were very friendly and did an excellent job. Everyone I was in contact with at Arc was friendly, helpful, and prompt in replies.

The Arc Insulation Team did a great job at our home. We had insulation added/upgraded in our basement. The hope was to help the basement keeps its temperature better and to protect some pipes from freezing. The team that did the work struggled to locate the pipes for the sink when they got the walls open. They never gave up the search and eventually located them.
I was really appreciative of the effort they put in searching out those pipes. The team also did a great job cleaning up before they left. Insulation can be a messy business, but when they left, it was hard to tell they were even there. Great work and great team. Totally would recommend.

I have used ARC twice for insulation in my house. The first time was in 2009 and I knew I wanted to use them again in 2022. David really explained what was needed in my attic so I knew what to expect. I also needed some electric work done and he recommended a great company to help with those issues. The crew that did the insulation install were very professional and a great help. There were still some storage items in the attic and they nicely took them all out for me. I highly recommend.

The Felipe crew did an excellent job, were extremely neat, on time and did exactly what they said they would do! It was between this company and another local company. Turns out if you do your research this is the David all over the other company's reviews! Don't waste your time and look anywhere else! If you want it done right call ARC Insulation!

Jay was prompt and very professional. We had a small suspect area not a very big job. He did a thorough inspection and determined that no mold was present. That was a relief to us. He didn't try and sell us service that we didn't need. I would definitely call Arc when I need their service again.

We needed to rehab a family member's attic and crawlspace that had no ventilation and mold/moisture as a result. Jay came in and based on his experience, he assessed exactly what was needed to fix all of the problems. His team came in and created proper ducts for the kitchen and bathroom vents, cleared all of the soffit vents, added more roof caps, added baffles, removed all of the old insulation and added new insulation (to R49) and removed ALL of the mold. Looked like a brand new attic!
His team also removed all the mold in the crawlspace and placed a vapor barrier down there, and covered all of the walls with foam insulation - problems also fixed in crawl. All of this was completed at a reasonable price. We were so pleased and impressed with ARC's work that we had our own attic worked on. The ARC team assessed my home for proper ventilation and insulation and worked magic in the attic (added soffit vents, baffles, sealed all gaps, raised insulation levels to R49) and added new roof caps.
While the crew was working on the attic, they noticed that the ceiling drywall had detached from the attic joists (and informed me that the drywall was sagging). Rather than blowing it off as someone else's problem, not saying anything and just adding the insulation (which would have made the ceiling cave into the house), his team spent 6 extra hours adding screwing the drywall back in place (raised ceiling 1/2 back up.
I can't thank them enough for catching this and informing me. Their honesty and integrity impressed me, along with their expertise and knowledge of proper ventilation and insulation. Both levels of my house are now the same temperature and my furnace is working less to heat the house. I can't thank them enough. ARC's team kept me informed each step of the way during both jobs, they were extremely quick in their responsiveness and were professional and on time during both jobs. Arc insulation installed both closed cell spray foam and cellulous for my dormers and attic. There were two different crews that came out to install the different products. Both crews that came out were professional, polite, and thorough. They were happy and they got along well with each other. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and these guys were the best of the best. Thank you all for doing an outstanding job!

Had several bids for additional attic insulation and some spray foam insulation the the basement and ARC was the most impressive. They were very patient to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. The crew that completed the work was professional and hard working. They cleaned up very well afterwards and walked me around the house to explain all the work they completed and to ensure it was up to my level of satisfaction.
I especially liked that they built a wooden barrier above the attic entry which none of the other bids included. They also assisted with all rebates which came through successfully. I highly recommend!

Had attic insulation replaced. The cleaned out old insulation and put new foam insulation in. They were great. They tested the house before and after for efficiency before and after the work. We had a problem with the furnace in the attic after they were finished and the attic needed additional vacuuming of parts of the old material under all the ducts and pipes. Kevin sent a furnace technician and someone to clean the same day I called. Everything was completed promptly.

I was very happy with our attic insulation project. I felt that they were professional and thorough. They qualify for rebates from the utility companies, which as I understand it, requires certain minimum standards. This included tests of CO emissions from our appliances. They also installed insulated ducting and a proper roof vent for a half bath that was venting into the attic.
The other contractors I contacted did not propose to do this portion of the job according to what I understand are the local code requirements. Their price was not the lowest but it was comparable to other contractors.

Robert Moore was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed during our attic assessment. He has a ton of experience in insulating attics. It was a no brainer to hire arc insulation after speaking with Robert. The crew that did the job was fantastic as well. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat and organized while performing the job. The crew made sure everything was good with me before leaving the house.

Jim Clay gave the most comprehensive quote for our insulation project. He suggested a couple of options which thought would help regulate the temperature in our home. He explained everything that ARC insulators would be doing to our home. He told us about rebates that would be credited to our bill because of a blower door pressure test and gas appliance combustion test.
He presented a well-written quote. The technician for the tests and the technicians who did the insulation work showed up on time. They explained everything they were doing thoroughly. When the work was done, we did a thorough walk-thru before the techs left. We are satisfied with the work performed. We are satisfied with the money we paid. We would recommend ARC Insulation to anyone seeking recommendations.
