My experience with Floorzz was great. They were one of only a few suppliers for the product I was looking for and the prices were the best. Since the items weren't in stock, I had several email exchanges with their customer service and they were really responsive. I ended up finding the items at a local vendor so I canceled my order. No hassles whatsoever and they were gracious about it.
It didn't feel like a big, impersonal business - I was interacting with real people who seem to care. All in all, a lovely experience. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

We replaced floors in our home in 2018 and used a local installer to order and install unfortunately they could no longer source the LM Flooring we choose so we were lucky to source it from Floorzz online. Quoting was quick and they were responsive with questions. No additional freight charges and they were clear on delivery process.

Just a quick shout out to you and your company. Both times I purchased from you everything was handled perfectly. Honestly when my contractor failed and ruined a section of my floor I thought it would be faster and cheaper to find it locally instead of contacting you. After I called around to my local flooring retailers and got estimates I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask y'all.

We have a few major home improvement projects. We spent many hours in the local showrooms and researching online for the correct size, color, and product reviews. Then one day fortune smiles upon us. Beyond Impressive. It's how companies handle problems that really sets them apart and tells you everything. Daltile made an error by shipping us the wrong tile. The staff at Floorzz were extremely responsive, contacting the factory directly, and managed every step of the process ensuring we received the correct tile. All interactions were very timely, quite courteous, and thorough. I've built custom homes and dealt with all kinds of trades and suppliers and Floorzz has been the best experience. Crissie was fantastic! When I placed my original order from the Floor website, Crissie reached out and stated that that particular brand/manufacturer is currently not producing products at this time. She recommended another similar tile option (better price) so we decided to go with that. We love it! Looks great and delivery was very quick (less than a week). I ordered a box of tile, because the original store I purchased the tile from was closed due to Covid19 restrictions. Floorzz had the tile and shipped it right away. Due to the increase in deliveries, FedEx had lost my package in their warehouse. They told me I was better off trying to have Floorzz send me another package. As soon as I called Crissie, she apologized for the inconvenience and shipped a new package immediately at no extra charge. Great customer service and response time. Would definitely order again in the future.
