I got a quote from a different, very popularly-used company for work to be done and was astonished at how much they wanted to charge us. Then I found AdvantaClean. The other company was slow to come, the office employee was not polite, and the price was exorbitant. When I called in to ask about cleaning my ductwork, I thought she said they would clean the evaporator coil and fan but the crew said they didn't clean them. I think they said they would spray them with a sanitizer. The crew did a great job.

We had several issues to be resolved in our crawl space. The list included mold remediation, complete with installing new insulation, installation of a dehumidifier and encapsulation. The technician, Josh, was friendly and knowledgeable when reviewing his findings. The owner, Julie, provided us with options to meet our goals and we appreciated the honest perspective of what was critical to solve now, as well as what could be optional and/or done at a later date. Great Company! AdvantaClean recently helped us out recently with our sump pump that was installed prior to us moving in. Our sump pump alarm was sounding underneath the house and based on positive local word of mouth, we called AdvantaClean. They were incredibly responsive. As soon as we called Julie, we received a warm welcome to the area and Josh came out to diagnose the issue.
At first we thought the pump motor had failed, but Josh carefully inspected and it only needed proper cleaning to be back up and running. He explained everything in detail with a great base of knowledge. This company is honest. In today's day and age, you see people making a quick buck and possibly repairing something that has an easier resolution. Nice to see they were here to help, not just adding another invoice. Things are working great now and we will be calling them back if we need any service under our house.

This company was the only one of 34 contractors that I called who was willing to help fix my subfloor damage. Josh came out the day after I called to look over the job and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. I am on a limited income and the estimate was a godsend. Abel and Angel came out the day of the job and went right to work. I haven't seen two gentlemen work their butts off like these two did.
They took photos, showed me how much damage there was, showed and explained how they fixed it so I could understand everything. They were beyond professional and kind. I have PTSD yet I was always comfortable with these gentlemen in my home. When you call this company for help they go out of their way to do so. After purchasing the home they installed a moisture barrier and implemented corrective action to divert water away from the home. The team was on time, asked the right questions, and went right to work. I feel they were very knowledgable and thorough, very professional, and were willing to go the extra mile of replacing the plastic over the vents. They wanted to make sure that everything was perfect and to my satisfaction before they left. Price was fine, because I know that the ductwork hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I would recommend them.

The guys did an outstanding job on the mold removal in my basement. It was a hard job and they earned their pay! I was really impressed by the fact that they found an earring down there and they brought it to me. That's integrity for you! The managers came out initially and during the job to check on the progress. I could not have been more pleased. Great job all around!

This is a great company. Stan came out and did a very thorough job. He inspected my rental property as well as my home. He was completely honest in his findings. I half expected him to come out and tell me we had to tear out walls and carpet at my rental, but he found nothing of concern. Most companies would have found SOMETHING to get the job. I was very pleased with Advantaclean and won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
