The worst nightmare of Christmas Eve - the entire family coming for Christmas Eve dinner and presents, and the toilet is stopped up! After calling three other plumbers (all closed), I reached Ben. Franklin Plumbing. They sent someone right away who took care of the nasty job pronto!
