Our furnace went out January 1st of all days, I called to just make a appointment because I figured with the holiday no one would be available, and to my surprise the owner picked up, No made up emergency number which I knew it was him the installed my central air unit a few years ago and it was a wonderful experience, first thing was he knew exactly who I was know that's customer service, second someone was at my house on NEW YEAR'S DAY at night in about a hour after the call, needless to say we needed a new furnace no trying to oversell us it just was what it was, gave good recommendations and asked us if we needed heaters for the night, just amazing, the next day we had a new furnace in just like that, the price was amazing the service was amazing just the whole experience, if you need any heating and air you can't go wrong with them and if you don't need anything but just want to know what integrity really means just call and have a conversation with Larry! Honest dependable and just a great guy with a great company! I'm not sure they make people like him anymore.

Larry and his crew are by far the best! He first installed a new system in our home and our electric bill has been cut in half! We were having trouble keeping the upstairs cool/warm- not anymore! Then they installed a small system in our vacation cabin. And most recently they installed a system in our large garage. Outstanding service every time! Only a phone call away!

Words that come to mind with Integrity Heating & Cooling. Professional, Timely, Quality, and Courteous. Our AC went out on June 5th and I had a new unit installed on June 7th. I was able to describe the problems that I had over the phone and Larry knew exactly what was wrong. He did of course validate the following day as well by coming to our house.
While installing the new AC Unit, a cracked heat exchange was discovered and we talked through the options. Larry showed me the cracks and this is a safety issue. New furnace installed on June 12th. This is speed and quality all in one. I had conversations with other HVAC companies in the area and Larry provided the most detail on every aspect. On top of it all, Integrity came recommended from friends and there was 1 common theme from ALL of them.
You can trust Larry and his Company. They do great work and can be trusted. They are on time and do a great job of cleaning up when they're done. Have known Larry for several years now! Always thought he was too nice of a guy to make it the business world! I was wrong and he is still a nice guy! He sweats the small stuff! He worries about his customers and his people! He has done three jobs for me and would recommend him to anyone!
