I found Bedrock Restoration via Nextdoor. I contacted them via their website to inquire about a non-emergency situation. I received a call from Dan, the owner, less than 5 minutes after I submitted my inquiry. Dan was in my home approximately 25 minutes after that. I live in a condo and, a week prior, the upstairs neighbors' washing machine flooded their laundry room which leaked through my ceiling. Dan used a couple of tools to measure moisture in affected areas in my unit as well as the unit above.
He wanted to consult with his team prior to offering final recommendations. Later that afternoon, I received an email from Dan with some recommendations for the unit above (that they could accomplish themselves or with a handyman). Dan advised me that my unit did not require any repairs as there was not moisture detected. It's great to not have to repair anything, but the peace of mind is more important. I appreciate Dan's responsiveness and would not hesitate to contact him in the future and recommend others do so as well!

I found some very concerning spots that looked like mold, and Dan had someone out to inspect within a couple of hours. A pipe burst between our main floor and lower level ceiling. It was a mess. Bedrock cleaned up the mess and took all measures necessary to dry everything up. The team was always respectful of our time and personal property. And communicated the process as they worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Dan gave me call back after hours and answered all of my questions after we had some basement flooding after a big spring melt. His team was out there first thing the next morning. Pricing was fair and clearly communicated, work was done right the first time. Not a fun thing to go though but I appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. I called Bedrock in a panic at 1am because water was dripping through my ceiling and I didn't know why. Dan, answered the phone and helped me immensely. He talked me through how to shut the water to my house and he gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do next. He was professional, calm, and collected at a time when I was frantic. He helped me focus on fixing the problem instead of panicking about it.
A few hours later he personally called me to follow and see how things were going. It was great to have someone call and check in on me rather than me having to make another phone call. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do, Bedrock will be my first call. I already saved the number in my phone.
