A pipe burst between our main floor and lower level ceiling. It was a mess. Bedrock cleaned up the mess and took all measures necessary to dry everything up. The team was always respectful of our time and personal property. And communicated the process as they worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Bedrock was great to work with. They came over promptly and walked through the likely causes and implications of some water intrusion in my finished basement. They showed me what they were seeing using a FLIR (moisture detection imaging) to bring me along in the process. They then walked me through my options for clean up and made a recommendation.
I appreciated that the recommendation was quickly followed by a transparent, bottoms up price estimate. I also appreciated that they were patient and approachable with me, as I know very little about water damage or home building. Three days later my basement appears is as if nothing ever happened. Highly recommend these guys.

It's rare in restoration to find a company you can trust. Admittedly, I don't know much about how to fix things. When something went wrong at my house, the service Bedrock provided was not only top quality, but reasonable. I will use them going forward, and highly recommend.
