We contacted Bedrock on a holiday weekend with sudden damage and a fabulous tech, Noah, was out placing fans, assessing damage, and detailing a game plan for us within two hours. Over the next two weeks, David, Craig and Dan were consistently at our home doing work, providing updates, working with our insurance, and calling to answer any questions.
They were beyond friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and relieved our anxieties in a very stressful situation. We unfortunately have had to deal with other restoration companies in previous years, and have not had anywhere near the professionalism of Bedrock Restoration. We would not hesitate to use them again and were actually sad when they were done with the work and packed up to leave. The team felt like friends by the end of the project!

I found some very concerning spots that looked like mold, and Dan had someone out to inspect within a couple of hours. So professional" and "on time" and "transparent" are great. "We had water damage in a large basement and the team at Bedrock responded right away and was at my house within an hour. They were extremely professional and courteous and treated my home with care. They were also very transparent with what was needed to be done and how much it would take to get it done. I called Bedrock in a panic at 1am because water was dripping through my ceiling and I didn't know why. Dan, answered the phone and helped me immensely. He talked me through how to shut the water to my house and he gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do next. He was professional, calm, and collected at a time when I was frantic. He helped me focus on fixing the problem instead of panicking about it.
A few hours later he personally called me to follow and see how things were going. It was great to have someone call and check in on me rather than me having to make another phone call. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do, Bedrock will be my first call. I already saved the number in my phone.

Bedrock is amazing! When we had a sewage line leak behind our kitchen wall, they came quickly to do mitigation.
