My air conditioner went out in July. I was afraid I needed a whole new system, since it's pretty old. Nick came out and informed me that I probably would need a new system soon, but the current issue was just my thermostat. He was able to get the thermostat to work, but advised me that I should consider replacing it. He then came back out and installed the smart thermostat I bought. Nick was professional and took the time to answer all my questions.

Nick is the man! Our HVAC system was blowing hot air only when we had it on cool. Wife and I were expecting to pay a good chunk of money. When Nick arrived he diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed the issues within 15 min. Price was very very good for a top tier professional company. I called Air Pro Heating, Air & Electrical this morning because my system was blowing hot air even though it was set to 73 degrees. The thermostat showed the temperature in the first level of the house at 80 degrees. After 5 minutes of running, it went to 81 degrees. Javier was very professional and scheduled for Nick to come out between 11am and 1 pm. Nick is Awesome!
He arrived at 11:38, diagnosed both units and was very informative, patient, friendly, ver professional. He will return in Wednesday to complete the job, only because my husband and I decided to purchase our own thermostat. We look forward to continuously working with Air Pro Heating, Air & Electrical from now on.

This is a very fair and thorough HVAC company. Although it took 2 visits for repair, beginning with a simple spring check up, they got my ten year old unit fixed. There were micro-tears in my coils and bi-flow valve letting Freon leak very slowly until empty every month from March 2021-July 2021. It was really frustrating. But, my tech & the appointment manager, worked with us to get our unit running like new. It's practically rebuilt and for a reasonable price. I'm very happy! Would use them over and over or any air condition/HVAC repairs or installation!

When it comes to a/c repair service I would highly recommend them! I called different HVAC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you to buy units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric of Fayetteville they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous.
I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was the technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!

We had Carolina Comfort come to do our twice yearly service and they found a leaking valve that they claimed would cost $3700 and they couldnt fix it same day. We had Air Pro Heating, Air and Electric come look at the issue it was $505 to fix it and they were able to fix it same day. The technicians who came to our home were wonderful they were respectful and very helpful in making sure we understood everything. I 100% recommend this company they really do care about the customers not just turning a profit!

They came in under 24hrs of first call. I don't know if it was a good value, service call was just under 100, replacement of the resistive heating elements was 550. The tech was quick to diagnose the problem and because of holiday and weekend took 4 days to return with the parts. Installation seemed quick and worked. Only reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is they changed the second appointment time at the last minute. Actually 18 minutes before.

Super pleased with this company! Tenants said the AC was not working - my extended home warranty company said they couldn't get a HVAC company to come out until +2 days later (ridiculous!). Air Pro came the same day, on time, very responsive. The technician Nick was detailed, and told me everything that was happening, and explained in plain talk so I really understood exactly what was going on. Nick also told me the costs that I would incur for every item that needed to be fixed, which was refreshing - he was transparent and definitely not trying to sell me anything.
