I was told that I had a leak in my outside sprinkler pipes. They sent Justin out the next day and confirmed a small leak. The leak was identified and taken care of within 2 days. There was a suggestion that I needed a French Drain so I called Hoffman and asked them if they would come back out and confirm whether or not necessary and give me an estimate. Instead they confirmed I did not need one and explained why. Very nice, responsive people. I can't say enough!

No one wants plumbing issues but "IF" you have one don't hesitate to call Hoffman Plumbing! From the first call to the actual install it was a pleasant experience. Lisa in office was very knowledgeable, understanding, Patient and kind. Richie, who installed hot water tank had respect, kindness and understanding on protecting our carpet(hot water tank is inside house) knew what he was doing! Not one drop of water on carpet! A+++ all the way to the clean up. Customer service that doesn't seem to be a priority anymore. A bonus was our new tank is made in the USA!!!
Seeing and reading all the 5 star reviews was important in making the choice on who to call.
Have told several neighbors and friends about Hoffman plumbing. Will not hesitate to call them if a plumber is needed in the future.

This is the first time I have used Hoffman Plumbing. After reading their reviews I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. I will continue to use them for any future needs. . I couldn't have asked for better service. The office staff was nice to talk to. Richie our service tech was great. Due to weather he called to let us know he was running late. He did a fantastic job....I would highly recommend them.

Had a minor plumbing emergency - major clogged pipes. Expected guests over the weekend so needed to resolve ASAP. They came within 2 hours. Roberto was great and he cleared the main and without making a huge mess. Would definitely use again!

Jesse was prompt and efficient. He was friendly and explained everything that was going on. He got our water heater replaced lickety split with all new valves also. The job looks great! It's nice to have hot water again. He also explained the proper way to flush it every year to extend its life.

Hoffman Plumbing did a wonderful service at my house! My house was built in the 70's so I didn't know exactly what the problem was with the water, but they stepped through everything to figure out what parts were needed, left to pick up the parts as they found the problem, told me everything that was going on as they found problems, and I had running hot water the same day!

So thankful for this company. it was impossible to find a plumber on short notice for a pipe leak, but Lisa took my number in case of a cancellation and was kind enough to call back when there was one. Lane came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They will be my go-to plumbers from here on out. Thank you!

Joe and Jesse and the Hoffman team are as professional as they come! This morning we discovered a leak on a hydrant in the front of our property. We gave Joe a call and within minutes called us back and had Jesse come out within 30 minutes to diagnose our situation. Jesse was professional, thorough, and an absolute pleasure. I am not surprised by our experience because that's the same service we received from Joe the last time we had a major plumbing issue.
The entire team at Hoffman is outstanding! In the valley, they do the little things so well that seem to be missing so much! Joe and Hoffman Plumbing are the best! I had an emergency on a Monday afternoon. Joe squeezed me in, got here within a couple of hours, fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively. What could have become a huge and expensive issue was resolved with minimal fuss thanks to his expertise and honesty. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
