Westshore Mechanical has been easy to contact and quick to set up service on short notice. Brian has been great, he first came out for fall tune up prior to heat coming on, and immediately noted some issues we needed to have addressed. He has been prompt and on time, gets the service done quickly and efficiently, and clearly has a lot of experience doing what he does.
Professional and looking out for our best interest, Brian communicates effectively and clearly, set good expectations for next steps for both parties, was easy to contact and friendly to boot. This company truly cares about there customers!! What was just a service call turned into a complete removal of our AC and water heater due to the AC ruining our floor. Mike from west shore was very professional and a very nice guy to work with and always here when he said he would be! Love these guys! Always available for emergencies and so friendly, thank you for fixing my air conditioner my hubby tried to fix himself.. I refuse to go anywhere else, and I have family who own a similar business, I will always call Westshore first !
