Hunter, was the technician that came out to assist me. From the time when had our first initial meet to see how bad my old unit was to the end out they installation. Him and the team were professional, nice and well versed in they knowledge to explain everything each step of the way. They price was super reasonable. They true work with you to make sure you and your family are good to go in this crazy weather.

First let me say that I rather buy a car than have to buy air conditioning and heating. I did my due diligence and had multiple quotes to replace my systems. Vito came in and was the most knowledgeable and customer friendly person to arrive at my house. I didn't feel like just another customer with AirMaxx Mechanical. I was given sound advice, he listened to my questions and issues, and provided the best value.
Second VITO and Drew spent a week with us to replace my 17 year old system. The quality of work, communication, and care provided to my job was second to none. You can tell when a person is passionate about what they do and Vito and Drew were excellent with finding existing problems from the builder and making sure that my Trane units, humidifier, and air purifier, and new duct work were installed correctly to provide service for many years to come. Vito and Drew are a great team and I would highly recommend Airmaxx Mechanical and their team.

Hunter Warren was the epitome of superior customer service! Not only did he repair the system, he helped me learn a bit more about my system--all the things they don't tell you when you buy a home. The quality of his work matched his passion--1st rate. His service report was legible and easy to read. Trust is hard to find with most companies today because they often over promise and under deliver. AirMAXX Delivered today!

I woke up to a hot downstairs. I realized that my air was not coming on. The unit outside would come on but no air would turn on. I called airmaxx mechanical and they sent Hunter out a few hours later. Hunter diagnosed the problem said it was a blower motor that needed replacing and ordered the part it came in the next day. John was the field tech that came out the next day to do the installation/repair, John was very professional calling me to let me know he picked up the part and was otw, he was on time.
When arriving he introduced himself again and told me what his plans were and asked me did i have any questions for him. He went above and beyond my expectations, was very knowledgeable, his customer service was excellent and he made me feel like he enjoyed his job. I would recommend this company as well as John and Hunter to come out and help you if its needed.
