I had a leak in the wall from a rodent chewing through a pipe. Superior Restoration was excellent in communicating the steps and the process. They answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. I really appreciated that they showed up on time, kept their promises, and communicated clearly. The online invoice and payment system via email was super easy too.
I especially want to commend Troy, Nick, Jaime, and Bob for their excellent communication via photos, text, and in-person. They were professional at all times and made sure to clean up thoroughly after they were done.

We are so thankful to have found Superior Restoration (through reading many reviews) because we ended up needing their help in 3 different situations this past year! YAY 2020! Fortunately in all 3 situations this company was professional, prompt, and great communicators so each restoration project went better than we expected. Jose was out to assess the situation the day we called and each time I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and also compassionate as I discovered many sentimental items that had been damaged by the flood.
The office staff were excellent communicators and liaisons between our insurance company. And our rebuild contractor, Tyson, coordinated all the details and kept us informed through the whole process. Flooding is always a big unexpected bummer, but at least I know who I can count on to make things right.

After speaking with two other restoration companies, both of which sounded like used car salesmen, I got in touch with Superior Restoration. They were out within an hour and gave me an honest assessment of the damage. They told me what needed to be done and most importantly what did NOT need to be done. It was honest, truthful advice that didn't benefit Superior Restoration. It's like finding a really honest handyman or auto mechanic that you can trust.
When you're in a situation that you don't have much experience with, a trustworthy company giving you the straight facts, without the hard sell, is worth its weight in gold.

I had a 6 pc sectional couch cleaned by these guys. Loved the quality and speed of service. Art and Josh arrived right at the specified time and we're extremely helpful. Even when there was a mixup with the sizing and price, they worked with us and did a great job. Definitely will be a returning customer, thanks guys!

I was in the middle of escrow and had a drainage leak in my kitchen. I was horrifiedand so stressed, but Superior helped me so much. From Victor Huerta, Brian Block, and Bobby Garcia, who were unbelievably helpful, courteous and did great work! Bobby Garcia came several times to oversee everything and helped get the project done quickly and efficiently.
I would reccommend Superior Restoration to others and if I ever have a problem again in my new home, I know who to call. Thanks so much for all your hard work, Superior Team!

We had a small bathroom overflow that caused water to leak through the ceiling! We called Superior and within an hour they had sent Jason out to inspect the damages. Much to our relief it was good news! He was so thorough and helpful. Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience with this company as the other reviewers have said. Their response time was pretty good and came out within 45 minutes to my business. Our business had a small pipe leak which ended up being very big once the water got to 3 different areas. The insurance process was pretty challenging even with Superior Restoration helping us. I recommend that you just stay on top of your adjuster. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company (i've had bad experiences in the past with others in the area).

Such a great company. We had an experience with some water damage and they removed the water from our house. They managed the whole restoration all through insurance. I am very cautious when hiring a company online and I lucked out. I would recommend them to everyone I know!
