Water Softeners

I highly recommend Progressive Water Solutions LLC. We moved from out of state, so we reached out to a few companies to get quotes before deciding on which company to use. Rob did a great job explaining the technology and different options available to us. The owner, Dan, then immediately followed up and provided even more detailed information. Afterwards, I still had multiple questions and Dan patiently helped me through all of them by both email and phone calls. As an owner, his knowledge and availability were extremely appreciated. Norbert did an excellent job with the installation - he was not only incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but he did such a neat, clean, and professional job. Everything with our whole-house and RO drinking water systems has been working great and the water tastes excellent!

We are very pleased with our whole house water filtration system from Progressive Water Solutions. The company was very professional and delivered on their promises. The installation went smoothly. Dan and his team were awesome from the beginning till the final installation and even followed up with any questions or concerns.

Our water treatment system is almost a year old and we still love it! Fluffy towels, clean dishes, hands that arenâ t chapped even after repeated washings, and best of all â water that tastes good! Iâ m actually meeting the daily hydration goal my doctor recommends!

Really impressed with these guys all around. Rob was really clear in explaining everything we were looking at and what we needed, no high pressure sales pitch. Dan (owner) was great working with me on the cost. Kinda surprised the tech who did the install wasn’t vaccinated but he had no issues wearing his mask in the house and was totally professional. They were all really great to deal with, and answered all my questions before during and after install. Really pleased to find a great local business and I highly recommend them. Looking forward to working with them on service contract as well, I know they’ll take good care of us!

If you're looking for a water treatment/softener solution, Progressive is the company to go with. They installed solutions in two houses. Rob came out and tested our water explaining every step and result as he went. Dan worked with me to create a solution to cover all my needs and cost parameters. Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water treatment solution.

I've never had a better experience with any company. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained things so I knew what he was doing. The installation was done promptly and looks really good. The people were very personable and a joy to have in my home. All in all I can't say enough for this company and I love my new system.

Great customer service from start to finish. Dan's consultation was informative as was the quote which was helpful in explaining in detail to my spouse. He was also helpful with providing a temporary solution with our old system until our new one was installed. Norb and his install crew were on time / early, worked through heavy rain, never gave up despite some hidden pipes. Team answered all questions, even if I asked some 2-3 times. The crew was courteous, professional, well organized, and completed the job with a noticeable attention to detail. As far as value, we had 3 companies bid this, Dan was the middle quote, but what I believe to be the right long term solution and value. Certainly, can't argue with top notch customer service and attention to detail, and I believe this Westinghouse system will serve our family well for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend Dan , Norb, and the team at Progressive Water Solutions, and am thankful to have the good clean ph balanced, iron free, water for our family!

These guys are amazing! My wife and I purchased a home not realizing our well water was pretty bad off. My wife saw the good reviews for Progressive Water Solutions and gave Dan a call. We scheduled to have him come out and test our water and talk about a potential system to correct our hard water, pH, iron, and awful sulfur smell. Not only did Dan come out, but he also waited outside our house for 30 minutes because I had forgotten about our meeting. When I finally showed up Dan then took another couple of hours to explain everything about the systems, and even beat the quoted price I had for a pressure tank for my well. We have had our system for about a month and could not be more satisfied. The techs went above and beyond on the install. They cleaned our crawl space and even replaced about 30-40 feet of the lines under the house. It is neat and compact. The water quality is perfect and I would highly recommend the reverse osmosis drinking water system. The additional drinking water faucet in the kitchen is not only convenient, great water, but it's a nice aesthetic touch as well. Our water was a nightmare scenario when we moved in to our home and Progressive Water Solutions fixed it within a few hours. Thank you!
