My overall experience was excellent for the purchase and install of our new hvac system. Our installer Mike did a great job installing and was very patient with the million questions I always have. Our salesman Jim was not pushy and very up front with all the cost. The overall price was extremely good and was pleased to stay with the Carrier Brand. I would highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

After 17 years, our HVAC ate itself recently. Fire and Ice gave me an honest assessment of the benefits of repair vs. replacement and didn’t pressure me either way. Replacement took place today. Fast and professional installers. Made sure I understood everything before they left. Felt really well taken care of. Definitely made the right choice! 10/10.

January and no heat. 😳 What do you do? You call Fire and Ice (recommended by a friend). Mike W came quickly. Assessed the problem and gave us options. We chose a new furnace.
Mike W was efficient. Neat. And explained precisely what we needed to know.
We're warm. 😊

Nate replaced a board. Was very polite. Had to come back as had to get board from fort wayne. Furance working great. He had also checked out air conditioner in the spring. We are very happy with him. Will be to ask for him in furture.

Our water heater went out on Saturday. I called Fire&Ice first thing Monday morning. They had guys at my house at 11, diagnosed the issue with the old water heater, and had a new one installed by 5:00. The guys we hospitable and friendly, much appreciated.

This was our second time having Fire and Ice complete an annual furnace inspection, we have been so pleased both times by their technicians and service. No hard sell or extras trying to be sold to us. We highly recommend this company.

No heat this morning. Called Fire and Ice and Dawn dispatched repair tech Nathan to arrive approximately 30 - 45 minutes. Nathan arrived on-time and fixed the furnace. Very professional, thorough and honest. Would highly recommend!!

Where do I begin!,.....my furnace stopped running!
Called Fire and Ice!,....when Russ showed up, he showed me why it wasn’t running and what it would cost to repair it! Now my furnace was 25 years old! (and a cheap one!) so I asked him if he had any deals on a new one? He called up his boss (Mike) and he came back to me with a Great Deal in a new furnace and A/C unit! (It was 25 years old too).......but Russ didn’t sell me his most expensive unit! He told me that I didn’t need that one! He showed me what I needed to heat and cool MY house! I was very impressed and very pleased!! So when they came to install it,...Dave was good too! Answered all my questions and did an excellent job! Very neat and clean!
There isn’t enough time or space on here to express how Russ, Dawn, and Mike treated me during the whole process and how they made me feel even after it was installed! So Professional and yet,....down to earth! Friendly!,...like Family friendly!!
All i can say is,....if you are needing or thinking about getting a Furnace, A/C, or both like I did,....
You will kick yourself in the butt if you don’t call Fire and Ice!! As for me,.....THEY,...are the Best and Only Choice!!

We were in a bind with an AC and a furnace that went out after 42 years. We got 3 quotes from people who were self proclaimed "the best". Fire and Ice proved to be the best with, professionalism, presentation, work ethic, and the most reasonably priced. They are the best in my book and I recommend them to anyone needed work done.
