My father is being fined by code enforcement because hvac unit was installed without a permit. Jay was told if he fixed the issue my dad would not be fined. He never did and will not get back to my father. My father is 70 and has high blood pressure and will probably have a heart attack due to this stress.

Tim was the mechanic that showed up on the same day we called explaining we had an emergency. He diagnosed and told me the truth of what he could do and what he could not guarantee. Very honest and reasonable. They are my new HVAC people

Very professional and honest. John and Tim at HVAC Specialist really helped us out in a stressful situation. We lost heat day before leaving for vacation. Another company had issues finding the part that was needed to fix the problem and these guys found five of them within an hour. Very pleased with their responsiveness and communication.

Communication is good and specialist Tim was great. We have been long standing customers and recommend their services.
Request a call when they are on the way to narrow down the window they give you. Usually that works well but they will alert you if they are stuck on another job.
Owners John and Anthony are very responsive. Best to ask for either one.

Collin did an excellent job, servicing our A/C and getting it running well again, after two years of not using it.
Collin is a very pleasant, friendly, professional, technician, has a great attitude and inspires confidence in his work ! HVAC is fortunate to have employees of such quality and skill.
Thank you for the excellent service, expensive (minimum service call $160 for up to 1 hr work) but we are very pleased with the outcome.

But must of all very knowledgeable. Steve our technician detected the problem right away and fixed without any problems. I was so concerned of not being able to finding a company that is honest and knowledgeable . It was our first time using them and it will not be the last. We Absolutely recommend them.
