We contacted Bedrock randomly from google searches to address some previous water and mold damage that was present when we moved in. They were very responsive and offered a free onsite consultation, which isn't as common from our experiences. Once there they did a nice job of explaining what likely would have to be done and potential factors that would make it a more complicated job. They were efficient with their time onsite and did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished. They walked through what they had done and communicated some must-do and should-do next steps. The price came in under what the original range that they estimated.
I would definitely recommend working with Bedrock.

A pipe burst between our main floor and lower level ceiling. It was a mess...Bedrock cleaned up the mess and took all measures necessary to dry everything up. The team was always respectful of our time and personal property. And communicated the process as they worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

We had a pinhole leak in a pipe that had been spraying water inside our mechanical closet. We didn't notice it until water was coming out from under the door. This had been going on for some time so there was mold growth on the sheet rock wall. We found the issue on the weekend and I was able to stop the leak temporarily. I called Dan and he was very thorough and responsive asking all of the right questions. He was willing to come out and inspect it, but we were able to determine that it was not an emergency so he set an appointment for Monday morning. Dave arrived promptly and was very helpful explaining the repair and the methods they would use to protect us during the mold removal. The crew arrived and set up a containment system to keep the rest of the house clean and free from pollutants from the mold. They discovered that the area affected was more extensive than what we originally thought so they removed the damaged portions, removed the mold and dried out the area thoroughly. Once that was complete they replaced the damaged sheet rock, taped, painted and cleaned the area. It looks like new and we are unable to see that there was ever a problem. Overall Dan, Dave and their team was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again if we have a need for a mold or water damage problem.
