I locked myself out of my condo.Called them and got a quick call back. They were here in about a half hour.I guess mine was a hard one to get into.My only solution was to get a new lock after. He made it so the key fit both my locks.It was fast and done very well.Good service. Not sure about rate, since nothing to compare to.But was worth it.

I'm renting a condo in Lauderdale by the Sea for a month and I accidentally locked myself out while taking my garbage out. The owners of my place said that they were unable to help me bc they live far away, and they also never considered leaving a spare key with neighbors or in their lockbox.
All of the local locksmiths are out of my price range. Between the commute fee and then the actual service fee, a locksmith costs somewhere in the $95-$100 range, which is way out of my budget, and I was starting to panic.
When I called Pro Locksmith, Avi, the owner, overhead my phone all and he got on the phone and offered me a discount so that I could save a little money. He personally came to unlock my door and arrived within 45 min. He kept in communication with me during his commute so that I would know when to expect him. Pro locksmith came out the same day I reached out and provided quick, courteous, and overall excellent service. I bought a home and needed all of the doors re-keyed, they were done in 20 minutes and provided me a few copies as well. I would roughly recommend them and will use them again if I need additional services.

Courteous, professional, pleasant, competent, honest, punctual. These are just SOME of the adjectives to describe Pro Locksmith and Avi who performed my service. I reached out by submitting a request for a locksmith who could program my key fobs for my 2013 GMC Acadia denali and within minutes Avi replied asking some basic follow up questions. Within 10 minutes, I had an appointment for him to come and meet me to perform the service! He was not only on time, he was actually early and called to let me know!! This was a wonderful service. There was great value. I was so impressed with the price and the quality of the service. They were on time and they were kind of meeting me at my location at the exact time that I needed them to meet me. I would definitely recommend this place. So many other locksmiths were quoting much higher prices to copy a car key, but this place gave the best price and the best service. I definitely recommend this place.

You can trust this company for locksmith needs. After reading a few reviews, I saw that our former community manager, Blue had used their services. He was happy with the results so I went ahead and booked an appointment. They gave me a quote by phone and explained that there was a 50/50 chance that they would be able to create a backup key faub.
They showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was successful and I am relieved to have a back up key that will lock the door once again. Even though they can't warranty the faub, I understood due to the situation with the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pro Locksmith again.

We used Pro Locksmith twice and both times we had a great experience. My husband and I bought a house and were only given one key prior to move in. The sellers live next door so we definitely needed to change the lock. Based on the great reviews, I called Pro Locksmith to rekey the front door deadbolt and make additional keys after rekeying. During my conversation, I made sure to mention that we have an aluminum hurricane door with Baldwin hardware. I was given a quote, timeframe for when the guy would come out and, assured that whomever came out would know what to do with Baldwin hardware. About 15min before the end of the timeframe, I received a call that the guy was running late and I would receive a discount. I thought this was respectful of my time and a nice gesture. The guy came out (can't remember his name) and was polite, efficient and rekeyed the deadbolt without any issues. I received a phone call afterwards following up about my experience.
Fast forward a couple months - we decided to buy a Baldwin keyed entry handle for the front door (existing one was a pass through handle for some reason) and called Pro Locksmith to come back and rekey the deadbolt to match the keyed handle from the factory. The guy (different guy) was literally at the house within 15min and had everything done in no time. Again, I received a call afterwards asking about my experience.
My first receipt says service call was $39, rekey deadbolt $95 and duplicate keys $3.50 each. The second time's receipt doesn't have a cost breakdown but I did pay another service fee for them to come out - to be expected. I would use these guys again if I had another lock issue.

My car was stolen with keys and all when the police found my car they towed it and had to find a way to get a key. Avi was super great he came after hours made me a key in 20 to 30 mins and also came to home the next day to make me a controller key and programmed it everything in less then 20 min he did an awesome job. He saved from a horrible situation he was fast and very nice and understanding very flexible. I would recommend him to anyone

A great experience today from Avi. He showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) to re-key a commercial lock for a condo front door. He quickly removed the cylinder and did the re-key very quickly and then reassembled the lock. I was only supposed to receive 2 keys but he is such a nice business person that I got an extra key.
Avi was great at communicating both through Yelp and text messaging. I sent him a few pictures of the lock to make sure he had the commercial lock tools needed. Next time I have an auto lock out or need to change the door locks anywhere, this will be my first call. No other estimates needed! Best prices....believe me, I did my research!
