Frank and Sean did an outstanding job installing my air conditioner. They arrived on time and both of them were so nice. As soon as they were done and had turned it on, the temperature went down so quickly. I would definitely recommend these two. They even vacuumed the floor when they were done. This summer's raging heat with over 50 days of 110+ F was too much for our old system and it finally blew. Angie's List rated Ground Zero as one of their best HVAC companies in Phoenix Metro. I requested quotes from 3 HVAC companies from Angie's List and not only was Ground Zero the only one to contact with me with a quote that day, they did it within an hour maybe. Brian sent me some quotes and then their dispatch called me to set up a meeting. Nathan came out to the house, he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and I felt he was completely genuine, he wasn't trying to upsell me or push me in a direction I did not want to go. I was skeptical because we had just had a very bad experience with George Brazil, whom I suspect helped fry my older unit in hopes of getting me to purchase a new system. My home is an older Arcadia home and this proved to be a bit of a challenge due to the limited space of my furnace closet, but Nathan was frank and explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote of $6600 for a new Trane system. The house was over 100 F inside and Nathan had the forethought to bring us an evaporator cooler, that helped my family and pets tremendously as we waited for the new system installation. Nathan made us feel that he honestly wanted to take care of us. Also, with Ground Zero adhering to the CDC guidelines and wearing masks, one loses a large part of facial expression, but I could see in the eyes of Nathan and the other gents that they were genuinely cared about us as people, not just another customer. Great Job Nathan, you are an asset to Ground Zero. A couple of days later, Sam S and Cody came for the installation. These two young men were again very professional and they worked hard in the sweltering heat. My house brought a few obstacles, Sam S told me he always measures everything twice and I appreciated that being an engineer myself. Every obstacle they faced, I was impressed by their solution oriented approach to try to finish the project that day. I over-heard Sam S speaking with another tech about how he could possibly configure the pvc piping around the furnace area, very solution minded. Sam S has a great attitude and work ethic. Thanks Sam for your integrity, great job! Cody you did a great job too. I signed up for the Hero's Club maintenance plan and look forward to my future interactions with Ground Zero. I work for The Phoenician Resort where customer service is paramount, the whole team from Ground Zero absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Tyler and his team have been phenomenal. There was some misinformation given to me by my apartment complex about my AC install and ground zero personally called me to go over everything and make sure everything was being taken care of. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and AC issues! Even the contractors doing the install were really friendly and respectful of my living space being very cautious of not damaging or getting anything dirty during install!

Ground Zero is literally the most amazing AC/Plumbing company I have ever dealt with, and over the course of the years during the summer months I have had to deal with a lot of different companies. This is the first time I called Ground Zero, and they had no issues scheduling me an appointment for the same day and coming out when I had an emergency which my AC dripping and flooding in my attic. Zac (the technician) came in and went right up to the attic and diagnosed the problem. He had everything he needed to start the job and get to work. It was the end of his shift; we were his last call of the day and he stayed until the entire job was complete which ended around 10pm that night. He not only fixed what was wrong, he went over and beyond and stayed late to make sure it was all completed, and everything was done and working prior to him leaving. He cleaned up everything not leaving any mess or parts behind. He double checked all his work to make sure he was not missing anything before he left making sure everything was working and completely fixed. Zac even text me the next day personally to make sure everything was working throughout the night! I highly recommend Ground Zero and their technicians. They make you feel like family and they get the job done the right way the first time!

My A/C went out Sunday night. Called a couple places but they could not come out until next day for service. Contacted Ground Zero and came out within 30minutes. Unfortunately it was a compressor, a part not in stock, but could replace next day. Considering the system was 10 years old, they provided an estimate as requested. Called back next morning based on the good deal to install, they came later that morning and done by 2p. A week later, Ground Zero came out to do a quality check. It so happen to be the owner doing a spot check. He found minor issues but the team did a great job. Highly recommend Ground Zero, a local family owned business.

I highly recommend Ground Zero Plumbing and AC. They were out the next day after our call and arrived earlier than expected. Both Mike and Chet were wonderful in diagnosing a leak near driveway promptly and professionally.
Chet and assistant completed the job efficiently and left the place tidy.

Honest, fair, courteous and reliable is how I describe my experiences with Ground Zero. I have used them on many Plumbing, AC, and Electrical projects with zero regrets. They may not be the cheapest in the valley but I am willing to pay a bit more for the standard of work I want.

Ground zero has amazing office staff. They are always polite and courteous.
Brian gave us the best price and advice on what seer, tons, and recommended variable speed. The Trane units are so quiet you can barely tell they're on. If only my neighbor would replace theirs...we hear theirs now...
Kyle installed the units, addressed one room that was very hot so it is the same temp as the rest of the house. Kyle and Brian?...sorry...I am terrible with names...worked 12 hours one day and about 15 hours the second day. Not one complaint from them...I was tired for them.
In addition to our home, they have replaced our daughter's roof unit, our condo unit, and a home we are remodeling. My parents will be using them as well this year.

Dominic at Ground Zero was amazing! He came in and fixed a major plumbing issue we had quick and easy. Along with his great work ethic, he kept me informed of the problems he found as well as cracked a few jokes here and there. Definitely would hire him again in the future!
