We had them do a preventative maintenance checkup. J.J. (nice young man) was here on time and explained the process to us. He went right to work. J.J. found no problems with our system. Fast reliable service at a very fair price.

We will never have anyone else work on our AC unit. Beau has always been very punctual, quick to respond, and provide amazing service. We had an issue with our unit 2 years ago and found Be Cool. We loved the service provided, so when we had a recent problem we called Be Cool again. Our unit was fixed the same day! Highly recommend.

Have used their services two times, this last time the ac stopped in mid summer on Sunday, i called be cool ac on Monday morning at around 8:30 in the morning, they said someone would be out to our house between 10-12, they arrived at 10 am on the dot, they found the issue to be a capacitor and fixed it very fast, even cleaned the outside filter. I have never had a service company come out the same day i called. Its always days later. Yet less than 2 hours from when i called, Beau had shown up and fixed our ac, to me that was unreal. I don’t normally write reviews but these guys fixed our ac in 2019 as well and both times they were incredibly fast, i cant recommend them enough. They are really levels above everyone else.

I highly recommend Be Cool! They came out to fix a problem caused by our last AC company and were amazing. We were so happy with our technician, Beau. We ended up asking him to replace our furnace as well and he did it the same day! It is such a relief to know we have found a company we can trust.

He came to our rescue pretty quickly when our heater stopped working randomly. A fuse popped and he replaced it. We will use him again!

They work to fix the existing problem quickly; they are not in the business of trying to sell you on a new system when the existing one can be repaired.. Would recommend Be Cool AC &Heating to anyone that needs repairs.

I sent a request for an appointment through Rheem's dealer locator. Beau called me within 30 minutes and he was able to come to my house within an hour! This was not a critical situation, I simply wanted a preventative maintenance check on my system after getting a report from John Moore that smelled like complete BS and an attempt to rip me off. I was right about John Moore, nothing wrong with our system at all! The cost of the inspection, a very thorough one in which Beau explained everything he was doing and how the AC was designed and worked, only cost me $49. Highly recommend BE COOL AC!

Beau and company arrived promptly, diagnosed our HVAC issue, quoted us a fair price and fixed our problem the same day. He even did a couple of extra services for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased and will only be calling Be Cool for any future needs.

Beau from Be Cool came to our home within 2 hours of us calling in our problem. Our furnace and A/C would try to come on but the blower wouldn't engage. Beau and another technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. They fixed the problem and did a full A/C tuneup and recharge in just over an hour and came in $150 under their estimate. Our A/C and heater haven't worked so well in the 12 years we've lived in our home. My husband and I highly recommend Be Cool AC & Heating and will not hesitate to call them again if we have any other issues!
