Dustin was easy to work with. The crew came and knocked out the job in 1 day. Thorough and valuable information of the process was provided throughout. They were able to accommodate my schedule & meet my budget requests. A few months removed from job completion and so far all has been well with my new roof.

I can’t say enough about the expertise, knowledge and professionalism of Dustin at Phoenix Roofing & Solar. He was able to get my roof claim approved despite other companies not thinking it was feasible. He worked directly with the insurance company and helped push them along when they started dragging their feet and pushing back. His knowledge of the city codes and his persistence is ultimately what got it approved. My old roof was removed and the new roof was installed all in one day, and within 2 weeks of the insurance company’s approval. The roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend giving Dustin a call for any possible roofing claims and/or roofing needs.

Phoenix & Solar I highly recommend, our representative at Phoenix &solar was David Pilkington and we were very impressed with him. He explained everything to us so we really understood what we were doing and how much we could expect to save on our utility bill and we knew we were in good hands. I interviewed five companies before deciding to go with them. My customer service representative helped me through the entire process.

Dustin came out to our house to do an inspection and he found hail on our roof , he then went to bat for us to get an all new roof and guttering approved through our insurance , very professional young man and I’d highly recommend Phoenix roofing and solar , I’m pretty sure we are gonna get solar panels now

I had just moved and purchased a home and wanted to do solar and when the solar company came out they said we unfortunately need a new roof before solar. I called a few places and Phoenix was the only company that was willing to work with me and help me finance it. They gave me my options for what we wanted. They came out first thing in the morning earlier than scheduled and starting working into the night and got it done in a very short amount of time and they were even working in the rain. Before they started on the roof they had even came out multiple times to patch the roof for me in the meantime (shingles flying off due to winds and heavy rain). They were able to bundle the solar and the roof for me and it was a huge relief of stress (still waiting on solar to be activated) but the roof looks great and they helped me out with passing the inspection due to some AC work that was needed. They have kept me informed throughout the entire process and will definitely recommend them for any roofing needs thumbs up to Andrew, Billy,Eddie, and Michelle for their amazing customer service

Very pleased with process from start to finish. The roof and gutters are gorgeous. They started a day earlier then planned at my request on extremely short notice and finished as promised. My only complaint was they did not forewarn me my garage would be messy. I had the door shut during the work and did not realize how bad it was until they left. Luckily my car was not in there. I highly recommend their company.

We recently had our 35 year old wood shingle roof replaced. We choose Phoenix Roofing after getting several bids. Initially we choose Phoenix because of Mario, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once our job began on schedule as promised every employee that worked on our job was very friendly and helpful. They made sure and cleaned up daily. Our job had a few unusual components and they handled each of them no problem. We have gotten many compliments on our all black roof. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing!!!!

I recently had Phoenix Roofing perform roof repairs at my house, and also install a new roof on a rental. They got the job done quickly when I couldn't even get most other companies to return my calls. The finished job looks great, and is leak-free! Mario was very responsive, and answered all my questions. The employees doing the work explained everything in detail, and were very nice about it. Didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. Phoenix Roofing was recommended to me by a friend, and I am happy to also recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Phoenix Roofing came out to my home and repaired all my roofs leaks. They also found two of my skylights leaking. Once they helped me pick out new skylights. Phoenix Roofing installed them while doing the other repairs on my roof. If you or someone you know is looking for a good roofing contractor. This company is the one.

Mario and Phoenix Roofing are outstanding to work with. As a Realtor, my clients often need a roofer to do repairs and to replace their roofs. I've seen that they're honest, reliable, and do excellent work. Their prices are very competitive, especially considering their professionalism. A significant percentage of roofing companies do not have workers' compensation insurance -- which means that if a worker gets injured, the home owner could be financially responsible. Also, many roofers don't obtain permits or don't get them "finaled" by the City. Beware who you hire and what they do and don't do! I feel so confident in Phoenix that they're doing work on the roof at my own house.
