We replaced our entry door and added a storm door. The installers were on time, polite and professional. They solved an issue we were having with the door frame and installed our smart home lock & doorbell. They showed us how to work everything and even fixed a bit of caulking that was not perfectly straight. We are very happy with our new doors! If you are ordering give yourself an extra 2 weeks on top of Mikita's estimate - there are delays in manufacturing everywhere (various products) because of COVID.

I called Mikita to install window screens that were very challenging to install due to swelling of the window frames over time. Mike showed up on time and was determined to get the screens in. He did a great job and I really appreciated his can do attitude! I highly recommend this company.

I had a Bow Window that desperately (an understatement) needed to be changed . I saw Mikita get mentioned on Merrick Moms which I use sometimes on Facebook. I had never heard of them so I looked into them. From the info I could find they seemed at least worth checking out seeing as the reviews were very good. I had gone there on a Saturday when I spent a long time there decided and trying the product. The other possible scenario was just installing a flat window. We went over some pros of going with the bow window. I had Mikita come out and take a look at everything. They answered all of my questions and made it as easy as it could be to get the window ordered. When it came in I received a call. It did take about 4 weeks which I understand is about normal for bow windows. But the install on the windows was amazing. They had three guys here working on it. The window itself looks amazing and I have already received compliments on it from my neighbors. I definitely recommend the company

Beautiful job guys! I actually got my windows from Mikita a few months ago and never left a review. I find the windows are alot better quality then the Certainteed ones that I had replaced. They were doing to get that condensation in there and I didn't want to have to deal with that. That coupled with planning on moving in the next few years I went with the less expensive windows from Mikita . Nevertheless they seem to be great quality and definitely worth the money . Install was perfect as they put drop clothes down around the house. I really felt comfortable with these guys and think t have a very nice business. I would recommend. Thank you

What I recommend most by Mikita is their responsiveness. I am very busy during the week and between email and the phones I was able to keep in constant contact with Mikita. I realize this is probably somewhat of a small order for Mikita however to me it was a big deal. I met with them on Saturday. We went over several styles and color options and picked what was best for me.
The product and installation may have been the best in my house to this point. I felt the value vs price was extremely fair and I pleased. thank you

I ordered 9 Double Hung Endure Series windows from Mikita. I did some research on Provia because I have never heard of them. I absolutely love them! The quality I feel is amazing and even better than the Pella's that I had previously had. They are amazingly quiet. I made sure I got the LowE and Argon to save in energy costs.
Bottom line Mikita gave me an extremely fair price for in my opinion the best window I could ask for. I met with Michael and everything went as smooth as possible as soon as my windows were in I was called and we got them installed.
The day of the installation they were here prompt and early. They helped me move my furniture and put the blinds back. Needless to say I am very satisfied and will be telling my friends and family about them should they need anything

I visited Mikita Door and Window in October looking for 2 exterior doors and possibly the front of my house being sided. I have absolutely no idea of anything that happens construction wise but because my husband works so much I was in charge of finding a "reputable" contractor.
I called their location and made an appointment to look over doors and to get an estimate on the siding. First, I tried them out just doing 1 set of doors. I have just signed with them for the second set and decided to do all my siding with them!
I was so impressed by how curtuious their service was. I felt like they have met and exceeded my expectations. The work was neat and professional. All of the appointments were made on time. Just overall a very positive experience for me. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends!

I had my doors done by Mikita. Cory was pleasant to deal with and his brother as well. His father who's the installer was pleasant to deal with. They did my house and my dad's house. The Provia doors they sell are top quality. I get good compliments when people stop by. Although the prices were a bit higher than average, you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend Mikita doors and windows. Ask for Cory when you call or go-to their store.
