Just got our roof done with GBC remodeling. Lawrence the sales guy was great. Connected on our level. Explained everything from start to finish. Alex, the project manager, was very informational and friendly as well. The guys came out, scraped the roof off and had a new one finished the next day. Also had our solar uninstalled and reinstalled with them. The solar was reinstalled two days after the roof was finished. So fast!
Great quality. Fast service. Comparing to other construction/contract work these guys are superior. I've had to have contractors come do work and are often unreliable and frustrating to work with. Not GBC.
Lucera has been our point of contact for financing, she's also been beyond great. Finally Aaron, the owner, was great and very personable. We're set to get our a/c soon, can't wait to do business with them again. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for fast, reliable, quality work done. Thank you all!

3 months ago, We discovered our house needed new roofing during the recent rain storms. We did our research and requested five bids on roofing. GBC has there own installers, and the quality of the work done was phenomenal. They took there time they were fast and they gave an amazing price for the quality of work done. We had GBC out to bid on our roof. After receiving other bids, decided that Charles with GBC was the way to go. They worked around our schedule and came out and tore our roof off on a Sunday and finished the same day. The experience was easy and they delivered a great quality roof at an affordable cost.

Aaron is my hero!! He came and saved the day for me when my door broke and arrived within 30 mins of my emergency. His level of service, knowledge of the industry, and craft is high class. He's trustworthy and great to be around. I'm a first time home buyer and looking forward to utilizing GBC for future needs!

We discovered that we had a pretty bad leak in our roof during the recent rainy weeks. I went online and did a lot of research and contacted several roofing companies that seemed to have really good reviews. Since it was a Sunday, I wasn't expecting to actually be able to reach anyone. Fortunately, I did get a hold of someone at GBC Remodeling and they sent someone out to my house right away to inspect the damage, tarp off my roof and provide me with some solutions.
To make a long story short, I ended up choosing to completely re-roof my house (23 year old underlayment was at the end of its useful life). Aaron, the owner, maintains a phenomenal crew that worked fast, was very friendly and always kept me updated on the progress throughout the job. It was a very big job...I didn't realize how much brute effort was required to remove the heavy concrete tiles and the level of skill to remove the old underlying felt waterproofing and replacing it with modern fiberglass reinforced roof system. They were meticulous in their work! I flew my drone up at the end of each work day to inspect the work and I have to say I was extremely impressed! They definitely took their time to do the job well and made sure every inch of my roof was properly sealed. After they completed the job, they sent an inspector out and walked us through the details of the job and made sure to address any questions or concerns. We didn't have any concerns however, as they kept us well informed and was always transparent with what they were doing and the progress. They left our house (which looked like a construction site during the day) completely spotless and clean at the end of each work day. At the end of the job, all that was left was our perfectly reinstalled roof! We are super happy and relieved that we don't have to worry about our roof again for decades to come! Can't say enough good things about GBC Remodeling. Aaron was great from the start. I had originally wanted to do an exterior face-lift to my house, consisting of installing a new stone rock-way and stone veneer on the house, but ended up also having GBC repair & paint the house and roof.
Andre was the project manager on 'part 1' of the exterior remodeling and he was great. When we were stuck on types of veneer, installation configuration on our particular house, etc., Andre advised and made recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. After taking his advice, the end result turned out great. Andre and his crew worked non-stop until the project was done. Any problems we had in terms of installation or design, Aaron (and Andre) were very responsive and worked with us to accommodate our second-guessing on our design/material choices. The 2nd part of the project went even more smoothly, as GBC included some extra detail/finishing work that wasn't on the work order.
All in all, GBC has been professional, very responsive, and cleaned up throughout the project. The final question anyone has after working with a contractor is: "Would I use them again for my next home improvement project?". The answer is a definite YES.

GBC Remodeling re-roofed our house. From the time that we signed the contract until the roof was finished was lightning fast. They showed up on time every day and they answered every question I had. Once the material arrived everything was installed in 4 days! The new roof is amazing! We love the color that GBC recommended. After the install the GBC crew cleaned up all around the house and made it spotless. I highly recommend this company and I am 100% satisfied with the work done.
