Attic Insulation Replacement Service
After the existing insulation removal, disinfect, repair and sealing, rodent proofing, it’s time to install either brand new blow in insulation, which is cellulose insulation or install brand new R30/R38 fiberglass insulation (highly recommended by the Doc). We can also install new HVAC air ducts or a new dryer vent duct if needed, since we are licensed HVAC contractors as well.

This review is overdue as we had Mark out to help with our attic in January, but now that we're in the middle of summer we can 100% say that this was a great investment! Mark was great to work with. Him and his team were able to get our attic cleaned, add radiant barrier and insulation so quickly and efficiently. We're very happy with what they did for us, our house is much cooler!

I called and spoke with Mark on a Tuesday afternoon. I asked him for a quote for a specific type of insulation for me. He then told me that unfortunately they don't do it and he wouldn't recommend it. I asked him why... he gave me advice and that there was another way to go about doing it. I then told him a quote I got from someone else, long story short he gave me excellent advise and even though I wasn't able to use his services this time I guarantee that when I need insulation done he will be the only one I call. He was more than helpful, I felt like I was talking to a friend and being that he is the one who owns the company I know I can trust them. Thank you Mark I really appreciate everything.

We had just bought our house when we called Mark and the Attic Doctors for a free consultation appointment. We wanted the attic to be cleaned up and the insulation to be inspected.
Mark, was able to come same day, inspected our two attics and provided a full report on things he thought we should do. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything, as I new homeowner I really appreciate any new knowledge I can get about the house. At the end we decided to have the attic cleaned up, old insulation replaced with new fiber glass material and some original ductwork (from the 60s) replaced as well.
After agreeing to an estimate that was sent via email later in the day, the service was scheduled a few days later.
Mark and the team showed up on time and worked fast and very professionally. Mark was very responsive throughout the whole process. I couldn't believe the amount of "stuff" they got out.
At the end the attic looked completely different, like new. We are so much more comfortable to move in knowing we won't be breathing 60 year old dirty insulation and who knows what else was in there!
We are now planning to upgrade our HVAC system (almost 30 years old), we will definitely be reaching out to the Attic Doctors to get it done.

If you wanna hire a professional who really knows what he does, Mark with The Attic Doctors/Doctor Energy Staris your guy. He is very kind and experienced. No pressure sale just tried his best to provide the energy upgrade service at the best price. I needed to add more insulation in my attic, change the old damaged ductwork as well as replace the furnace. I didnâ t expect to hire one company to do them all since I thought nobody would. Doctor energy star has multiple licenses for all fields and they did an awesome job on my house. Will use them again!

My husband and I are glad that we hired The Attic Doctors. Mark was very easy to communicate with and always answered my text and e-mail right away. He and his team removed old insulation and duct, cleaned up the entire attic (970 Sq.ft ) and installed new R38 insulation and R-6 duct. They were punctual and efficient and finished everything within 5 hours. We expected some mess since our insulation was really old, but it was a nice surprise that they didn't create any mess at all. They left our house clean! They are real professionals. We highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! My house was so hot without the A/C for a very long time and they installed a new Trane condenser and replaced all the old insulation. I am glad I hired the attic doctors. They were friendly and great at their trade!

My neighbor recently did their attic cleaning and insulation removal & replacement. I got the Attic Doctors business card from them. I also need to redo my A/C system, and fortunately, Mark provided a reasonable estimate for HVAC work. They completed everything within three days. It was hard work, and I appreciate how they took care of us. We are very happy with the outcome.

Working with The Attic Doctors was the best decision we ever made! Despite the fact that their price was a little higher than another company, we chose to work Mark’s team. They are not a large company, and I like the attention I got from this professional crew. Took care of my messy and dusty old attic insulation and did a great job on the new insulation installation. Would recommend them to my friends!

If you are looking for an attic insulation pro, this company is the one. They are not a big company who won’t give you enough attention. Mark was very kind and he was really good at what he does. Explained the science behind everything, made sure I understand the process of the attic insulation removal, insulation installation as well as the duct work removal. Very Good experience
