Awesome team really. First they came right away to fix a major leak that the neighborhood landscaper had promised me to fix and never did (Green Laurels in case you want to know).
Then, after the water was stopped, they came to give me a very reasonable estimate for a brand new system ($5k, 9 zones total), the old one being so bad that fixing it would not make sense, which I knew after having already spent $500+ fixing it and always having major issues They came exactly when they said they would, super polite crew, they all spoke perfect English, they all were careful during the whole process and left with minimum mess. I'm guessing they must pay their employees decently, because one of the young guys drove a used but nice looking mercedes :-)
Overall the install took about 1.5 days. It's been a couple of weeks, and it's already hard to see that they came to install a brand new system. The Rachio controler they installed seems to work great and they spent the time to answer all my question on it. I would definitely use them again. It's a pleasure to see that there are still great honest local contractors in this crazy town.

Our technician was fantastic. He called to see if he could come by early, found the problem right away, clearly explained what was going on, what he would be doing, and how much it would cost. And then he was done with everything in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. He also made sure there weren't any other issues with the entire system and helped me set our system to go off on the right days and the right times. I am super happy with his service and am keeping their information for if we need help in the future!

They were great from start to finish. They were excellent on communication and on-time for my appointment. They found the problem immediately and checked all the lines. Once he fixed the problem, he reprogrammed my controller and explained everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone needed help and would use them again in the future.

I've used Sprinkler Medics twice now. They replaced my aging Rainbird controller today with a super nice Rachio controller that allows my old system to be controlled from my phone, web browser, or through my Amazon Echo. Nice!
They also fixed some electrical problems and broken pipes that were the result of some work that I had done in my backyard.
Sprinkler Medics has been great, very professional, and with very reasonable rates.

Called in a leak at a sprinkler control box that caused us to turn off the water to the house. Technician arrived within the expected window same day, calling ahead to give me a time frame of arrival. When the job showed complications, the tech called in for assistance to make sure that they were making the proper approach. After help arrived, they conferred on the approach and the second tech completed the job. When they weren't sure that they were going to make the next job on the list due to the complications on my job, they called to make sure that that next appointment was going to get covered. Pipes repaired, water back on, and no complaints at all. Thanks, guys!

We have been using Sprinkler Medics of Austin for some time now and have never been disappointed. In our line of work, hitting sprinklers is almost a daily occurrence and sprinkler medics is always there to clean up our mess. From 2 jobs a week up to 10, it gets done! They are honest, always communicate and even squeeze us in in emergency situations. It is easy to say, we will probably be customers for life!

Great company with honest hard working staff! Spoke with the owner about past issues. He promised there wouldn't be any charges unless he could find something wrong. He came out and checked my system. Pointed out the issues and provided me a quote for potential services. He took the time to explain what was going on and present me with options. He earned my business instantly for the issue and another needed task. On the service date the team showed up and took care of everything. They explained what they completed and effectively took care of the business. This company has become my irrigation system company of choice.

There's a reason Sprinkler Medics has 5-star reviews: they're awesome! Water was flowing out of the irrigation system control box and I kind of frantically called Sprinkler Medics, based on positive Yelp reviews. Chase had no technicians available to repair the issue, but he did have a tech come over and turn off the water to the irrigation system so I would stop flooding the street. The next week, Rodrigo came out, repaired the backflow preventer and also replaced a sprinkler head. The entire experience, from my initial call with Chase to Rodrigo making the repairs, was seamless. Definitely will use again and highly, highly recommend. Thanks to Chase and Rodrigo for providing excellent service!

The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Service prices were totally reasonable and they left the area looking somehow better than it did before. Would use this company again.
Update: There was a water hammer issue happening following the fix that was making a banging noise inside my house when the sprinklers were on. I called and they were at my house about an hour later. They said it was caused by a failing module on my control panel (which they had mentioned the first time could be an issue). They moved everything over to the other modules and I didn't hear the noise when they tested it so hopefully we're all set. They didn't charge anything for this. I'm really impressed by the service this company provides, would give more stars if I could.

These guys seem to really know their stuff and they were extremely responsive. My irrigation system and Rachio were a bit old, and it turned out to be more difficult to do unforeseen problems - however, they explained everything, and they thought through it creatively, so it didn't cost any more. I really appreciated that!

Chase and Alex and their crew completely rebuilt a 6 zone sprinkler system on our 1/4 acre residential lot after a significant construction project had destroyed heads and broken lines in 5 of the zones.
Chase gave us a quote the same day he came out, and the work was done exactly as expected and at the quoted price.
The crew arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently. The workmanship is very high quality. We particularly appreciate the flex risers, adjustable spray heads, and the conversion of one of the zones to a drip system, which make it easy to make small changes in the future if needed.
In spite of a couple of unexpected discoveries about the old system during the job, the Chase and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of 100%.
I enthusiastically recommend Sprinkler Medics to family and friends.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a quote of a full on sprinkler system. Chase showed up on time this morning and did a complete walk thru with us. First thing he did was test the water pressure so we didn't have a surprise. Awesome pressure! We discussed our expectations and he advised us on our system.
