We contracted with Renaissance Windows and Doors to replace the 21 original double pane, vinyl framed standard builder windows in our home with better glass and fiberglass framed Infinity Windows by Marvin.
The market has a lot of choices. We found a much better product and installation experience with Renaissance than what is being offered by the three or four heavily promoted vinyl window replacement companies advertising in this area.
The new windows have been through late summer temperatures and a few fall cold fronts. Temperatures in our western and eastern facing areas have, for the first time, been constant throughout all the rooms in our home. There is also less outside sound coming into our home.
Renaissance had a two person installation crew working in our home that installed four or five windows each day, perfectly. Renaissance crews are actual employees of the company and not subcontractors or third party organizations hired to do the work.
There have been several different types of construction trades in our various homes over the years. The Renaissance installers were the only ones who completely sealed off their work area with plastic from floor to ceiling trapping the dust. They also meticulously cleaned the areas where they had been working as they moved from room to room.
I sometimes find that the real world company values are tested when something goes off track. We had an issue which delayed installation of a few windows. Renaissance owners were involved and very hands on with finding a resolution that worked for everyone. Everyone we had contact with in this company was outstanding to work with.
Renaissance Windows and Doors came to us through a recommendation from long time friends who had also replaced all of the windows in their home. We have no hesitation when it comes to recommending Renaissance to others.

Just finished having all new “Marvin Infinity”windows and doors fitted at my house by Renaissance Windows and Doors.
The project was completed at my request in 3 stages over an 18 month time horizon.At every step of the way I found the entire Renaissance team to be First Class.
From the initial sales team right through to the fitters I found them to be totally transparent (no sales gimmicks),knowledgeable and extremely professional.
The finished product is stunning—and I am already seeing big savings in my electricity bills!!

I've worked at other window companies. Renaissance takes care of you, has good benefits, keeps you busy, definitely the owners are by far one of the most hands-on, caring owners I've seen. He checks in with us and to me that's completely foreign to my previous experience with other companies. Philip has been very fair with me and works with me to find solutions if we have an installation problem. Very good company to work for.
