Last May my AC unit stopped working right in the middle of holiday weekend. Setting an appointment was quick and easy and the staff was super nice. They took time to explain everything I needed to know about my AC unit and what repairs were required, did not suggest any unnecessary repairs in my old unit. The problem was fixed in an hour.
Another issue that happened recently, my 12 yrs old heater stopped working. After quick diagnostic the technician showed and and explained what was the issue and how it should be fixed, suggested and ordered best priced parts. Next day the heater was repaired and works properly now. The team was taking extra precautions because of COVID-19.
