We are at the last stretch of “Build on your own lot” with Grand Endeavor Homes in Georgetown, TX. If you are thinking about new construction and hiring a builder, you will be in great hands with Grand Endeavor. Our Superintendent, Kyle Snow, has made the whole home building experience so far enjoyable and memorable, he is very professional, knowledgeable and is always ahead of any changes or questions we might have. Kyle and the entire team at GEH work with us directly and answer all our questions, we have not had to worry about any inspections throughout the process, and they care about quality of materials given us valuable suggestions. We built are new home with Grand Endeavor. The experience and service was amazing from the start to finish. The initial meeting and start of the project with Matt Deputy made the decision to go with Grand Endeavor an easy one. Picking out all the selections for the home with Kristen at Floor King was great and she helped us design a beautiful home. Kyle Snow who was with us from the beginning of construction until the end built an amazing home and was the best to work with. This was our third home we have built as a family and Kyle was by far the best we have ever had in overseeing the quality of the construction of the house and answering our questions! Grand Endeavor did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone!

We LOVE our grand endeavor home. The finish out is phenomenal. We had an amazing experience every step of the way. 95% of our fantastic experience is due to our superintendent Kyler Payne. He always went above and beyond to help with concerns and fix any issues(which wasn’t much) along the way. He responded in quick manner when we had questions and always reassured that we were getting everything we asked for when the build began. Thank you kyler!

We had a great experience building with Grand Endeavors homes. This is my families second home with them and we are even more satisfied as we lived on site during the build. James did a wonderful job keeping the project moving along and keeping us updated on what work was being completed each week. He always took the time to answer all my questions and promptly answered all emails! We highly recommend Grand Endeavor for anyone looking to build a new home.

I am very pleased with my new home built by Grand Endeavor Homes. My home is absolutely beautiful! I chose GEH because I wanted to go with an established builder with a great reputation that would absorb any labor or material cost overruns caused by the pandemic. I am very happy to say that they delivered! They managed all the Covid -driven hiccups insulating me from the drama. Superintendent Chad Cornell did an amazing job overseeing the construction of my home. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put in to complete my home. He took pride in his work product and really cared about my satisfaction. The knowledge and experience he demonstrated really made me feel comfortable with the process and final product.
I would absolutely use GEH again. I have already recommended them to one neighbor and would not hesitate to do so again.

We just built a new home with Grand Endeavor Homes and could not be happier with our new home. Our construction manager Phil and the entire Grand Endeavor team were a pleasure to work with. Building a home during a pandemic comes with it's own unique set of challenges, but Phil was always on top of getting things resolved as quickly as possible. I would recommend Grand Endeavor Homes to anyone looking to build in the central Texas area.

Grand Endeavor Homes built our multi generational homes in Vintage Oaks and was very professional during the entire process. The home was completed on schedule even during the pandemic. We appreciate everything Trevor did for us in sales and Bobby in construction management.

We used Grand Endeavor Homes to build on our property in Bertram. They provided guidance on layout and cost of design changes and helped us stay in budget and get the things that were important to us.
Several things in the beginning of the process were frustrating. Pricing on flooring upgrades was less than transparent and ended up adding about $5,000 that I had not intended to spend. The 3 month lag between the time we agreed to everything, provided a deposit, and closed on our loan and the beginning of construction was frustrating.
After construction began the Construction Manager did a great job keeping everything on schedule. We were able to move in 2 weeks ahead of the projected completion time. Phil was able to make things look good and maximize functionality within the budget. I tried for a few add ons and he gave me the prices and choices. He was easy to stay in contact with, always answering the phone or returning calls in a reasonable amount of time.
Overall, I the Grand Endeavor did a great job. The project was done on time and on budget. The house is everything we wanted and we hope that this is our forever home. If something changes and we need to build again I would absolutely us them as the builder again.

We have had such a positive experience with Grand Endeavor. We love our home! We bought a completed house, so although we weren’t able to pick out all the details, they worked with us to make sure we were able to put some of our personal touches into our home. Like every new home there have been some minor items that require attention, but all we have to do is communicate and they resolve things quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
