SCM has been great in every way the past 6+ years of using them. Every technician (currently been having Mike as our technician) has been friendly, professional and personable. Todd came out today for an emergency repair and even cracked a Back To The Future joke with us, which made me laugh (after everything was up & running). Highly recommend SCM to anyone needing their services!

Joe did not rush when he serviced my Trane and ensured that even though it was new, everything was working correctly. He was very knowledgeable, patient and advised us how we could optimize our new unit. He helped to make sure we were honoring the warrenty requirements in case it was ever needed. Joe also let us know what other services were available without being pushy. Best considerate serviceman we have ever had! We request Joe to service our unit in the future.
