I thought our water issue was a lot worse than it actually was. Adam and Jayton came out for the inspection and showed me that it wasn’t as bad as I originally thought and they actually showed me how I could take care of it myself if I wanted to save money because insurance probably wasn’t going to cover it. That doesn’t happen everyday. I went ahead and paid them to take care of it anyways to make sure it was done right. I really appreciated their honesty. They could have taken advantage of the situation if they really wanted to and I wouldn’t have known any difference.

This Servpro was pretty good all the way around. Aaron is the recon manager and did a fantastic job managing the reconstruction portion along with Cary and Tauna. Everyone there is great though. I was actually looking for another servpro when I originally called, I didn’t realize there were more than one. They showed up first in the search so I called them, glad I did!

We had a huge flood in our house in San Tan Valley in the 2nd story bedroom. We had to have the whole house taken down to studs. It was a bit of a crazy time for us, but these guys were amazing and worked hard to get our house put back together. Paul is the owner and really kept us up to date with the progress of the job. We used this SERVPRO for both the water damage restoration portion and the reconstruction. it was great to be able to have to only deal with one company through the whole process.

Great Experience!!
We just had the best experience after our toilet overflowed. We called Servpro they immediately came out. With scopes they checked for water damage to walls and flooring and carpet and found no damage. They cleaned the bathroom floor and sanitized it and didn't charge anything. They said they would have charged if there had been damage but since we had none there wasn't a charge and they were happy to help. If there is damage they take pictures and everything for your insurance. We used them 25 years ago for a fire. They handled everything. I love this company. Levi Frost was the crew leader. Servpro in Mesa at 480) 553-7103 (They also do carpet cleaning, 32 years ago they got a huge grape juice stain out that nobody else could) I will never use another company!

Kevin was THE most professional person and someone I would recommend for small business. I am not the tech savvy person by any means... Paul Frost was my hero today.
I discovered a recent leak in my new home. I panicked like most new homeowners worried about the mold build up and the probable out of pocket costs. Paul showed up to my house and was able to provide me with his honest answer that the water damage was minimal and advised me on what would be the best course of action.
Since then water damage was minor, Paul was very honest with me by explaining that this was something that could be handled by the homeowner. Paul's customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend his service.

Let me start off saying I'm not usually one to leave a review.
But Servpro has been more than wonderful.
On march 24 I unfortunately woke up to a very flooded house and had no clue what to do.
I cannot be anymore thankful that Servpro sent out Levi and Adam!
Levi is THE SWEETEST person and definitely someone you want sent to you after this disaster happens .He explained everything and answered all my questions and made my mitigation process as easy as it could have possibly been.
If you have a flood you want Levi hands down!
I also used Servpro for the reconstruction and at first I had a little bit of an issue with my first contractor but I expressed my feelings and discontent and they were quick to fix the problem.
I've had nothing but a great experience with them!

Excellent Service!
I had the misfortune of having a broken drain pipe in my wall that I was unaware of until a home inspection revealed it.
I had the great fortune of calling Paul Frost and his Wonderful Company!
He came out the same day and guided me through the process with as little pain as possible. He was professional, competent and courteous! I would definitely recommend!!
